Digital

Digital products such as apps, software, VPNs, cloud storage and online courses are often sold on free trials that turn into subscriptions. We read the pricing page, the renewal terms and the cancellation process before anything else, check privacy policies for what data is collected, and compare features with free alternatives. Owner reports about billing problems and support weigh heavily. Scores reward clear pricing, easy cancellation and products that do what they promise.
