SleekStyle Pro Review: A $79 Black-and-Pink Hot Air Brush That Looks Like the Revlon One-Step
A 3-in-1 oval dryer brush that dries, smooths and adds volume in one pass. The design works, but the ceramic element is a $9 upgrade and the famous original costs about half.

Quick answer
The design is proven; this version is not the best way to buy it. SleekStyle Pro is a 3-in-1 hot air brush with an oval head, pink-tipped pins and a pink collar, closely resembling the Revlon One-Step Volumizer, and that style of tool really does dry and smooth damp hair with volume in one pass.

Our verdict
The design is proven; this version is not the best way to buy it. SleekStyle Pro is a 3-in-1 hot air brush with an oval head, pink-tipped pins and a pink collar, closely resembling the Revlon One-Step Volumizer, and that style of tool really does dry and smooth damp hair with volume in one pass. But the page lists no wattage or settings, sells the ceramic element as a $9 upgrade, and the Revlon was listed by US retailers for about $40 to $42. SleekStyle Pro scores 3.3 out of 10, held back by price and missing specs.
The short version
- What it is: an oval hot air brush that dries, smooths and adds volume.
- Price: $79 for one on 6 October 2026, with a five-pack for $197 flagged as the best seller.
- Best trait: a fast, one-handed salon-style blow-dry.
- Biggest drawback: about twice the price of the well-known design it resembles.
- Our score: 3.3 out of 10.
Pros & cons
The pros reflect a genuinely useful tool type. The cons reflect this listing's price and gaps.
What we like
- Dries and styles in one step, saving time over a dryer and round brush
- Oval shape smooths lengths and lifts roots for volume
- Works on damp hair, as hot air brushes are designed to
- Temperature settings, according to the page
- The seller names a registered company with an address, email and phone number
What we don't
- The ceramic heating element is a $9 upgrade, while the Revlon One-Step it resembles lists a ceramic coating as standard
- Revlon's One-Step was listed by US retailers at about $40 to $42
- No wattage, settings count, barrel size or cord length on the page
- The travel adapter's description names a different product, HairStraight Pro
- Return postage to an overseas seller is yours to pay

How it works
A hot air brush is a hair dryer with a brush for a nozzle. A fan and heating element in the handle push warm air out through vents in the oval barrel, while nylon pins and tufted bristles grip and tension the hair. Brushing from root to tip dries and smooths at once; the oval's curved edges lift the roots and bevel the ends for volume.

Towel-dry first
Step 1: Squeeze out excess water so hair is damp, not dripping, and detangle.
Choose a low setting
Step 2: Start on a lower heat and speed; raise it only for thick hair.
Brush and roll
Step 3: Brush from roots to ends, rolling the oval under at the ends for smoothness or lifting at the roots for volume.
The page title calls it a "Hot Air Comb", "3-in-1 Hot Hair Styler, Volumizer Styler, and Dryer Comb", "Hair Volumizer Comb" and "Express Hair Dryer Hot Comb", under "The Most Advanced 3-in-1 Hot Air Comb". The six bullets promise styling, volume and drying, use on dry and damp hair, all hair types, no tugging, quick styling and customisable temperature settings.
What the page leaves out
Wattage, number of heat and speed settings, cool shot, barrel size, cord length, voltage, ionic function and auto shut-off.
A copied description
The $5 traveler adapter's text says it lets you use "the HairStraight Pro comb anywhere", which names a different product from the same checkout. Our HairStraight Pro review covers that heated straightening brush.
Who it's for
SleekStyle Pro suits people who blow-dry daily, want volume without a round brush, or find juggling a dryer and brush awkward. For trimming rather than styling, our CleanTrim Pro review covers a vacuum clipper from the same checkout.
- People who blow-dry daily and want to dry and style in one step
- Anyone who wants smooth, bouncy volume without a round brush
- Beginners who find a dryer and brush awkward to handle together
Daily blow-dryers
One tool and one hand instead of two.
Volume seekers
The oval edges lift roots better than flat brushes.
Beginners
Easier to control than a dryer and round brush.
Who should skip it
Skip SleekStyle Pro if you would rather pay less for the well-known original, have very short hair, or want stated wattage, settings and a maker's warranty.
- Anyone who would pay less for the well-reviewed original design
- People with very short hair, which the large oval head struggles to grip
- Buyers who want stated wattage, settings and a maker's warranty
Is SleekStyle Pro just a Revlon One-Step look-alike?
It looks like one, and the original is cheaper and better documented. The black oval head with pink-tipped pins, pink collar and pink base closely matches the Revlon One-Step Volumizer. US retailer listings in search results on 6 October 2026 showed the Revlon at $39.95 at Walmart and $41.99 on sale at Ulta, described with 1100 W, three heat and speed settings plus cool, a ceramic coating and ionic technology.
The original's listing
Ulta's One-Step Volumizer listing is one of the retailer pages for the design. SleekStyle Pro lists none of those specs.
What this means for you: if you want this style, the branded original costs about half and comes with stated specs and a maker's warranty.
"Customizable Temperature Settings for Safe Usage"
The number and range of settings are not given.
"Designed to Be Used On Both Dry and Damp Hair"
Fair for a hot air brush. The AAD's guide to habits that damage hair still advises the lowest heat setting and limiting how often you use heat tools.
"Gentle on Hair, No Tugging or Snagging"
Mixed pins and bristles help, but long, tangled hair can still catch. Detangle first.
How much does SleekStyle Pro cost, and which add-ons matter?
On 6 October 2026, one SleekStyle Pro cost $79, with the five-pack at $197 flagged as the best seller. The checkout offered a traveler adapter for $5, a ceramic heating element for $9, a car USB charger adapter for $4 and a 3-year warranty for $14. With the ceramic element, one brush comes to $88.

Ceramic heating element
For $9, "better heat distribution". The image is a close-up of the vented oval barrel between pins and bristles.

Traveler adapter
For $5, a Maxah-branded universal plug adapter. It changes the plug shape, not the voltage. What to do: confirm the brush is dual-voltage before using it abroad.

Car adapter and warranty
A $4 car USB charger adapter cannot power a mains hair tool. The 3-year warranty costs $14.
Who sells it
The order page names G Com Pte Ltd at 137 Market Street in Singapore, with the email support@g63com.com and a phone number. The footer gives the country as Hong Kong. The page code says charges appear on your card statement as panameedia.

Is SleekStyle Pro better than the Revlon One-Step or a dryer and round brush?
No on value against the Revlon; yes on convenience against a dryer and brush. The Revlon One-Step costs about half with stated specs. A dryer plus round brush gives the most control, but takes practice and two hands.
| Option | Specs stated | Ceramic | Price seen |
|---|---|---|---|
| SleekStyle Pro | No | $9 upgrade | $79, or $88 with ceramic |
| Revlon One-Step Volumizer | 1100 W, 3 settings plus cool | Ceramic coating listed | About $40 to $42 |
| Dryer and round brush | Yes | Varies | Varies |
Choose SleekStyle Pro if
You prefer this checkout's 30-day guarantee and support email, and accept the higher price.
Choose the Revlon One-Step if

SleekStyle Pro scores 3.3 out of 10: claim accuracy 0.7, build durability 0.6, price competitiveness 0.3, usability 1.3 and owner satisfaction 0.4, each out of 2. The hot air brush design is quick and effective. The score falls on a price about twice the well-known original, no specs, the ceramic element sold separately and a copied add-on description.
How the score breaks down
We use the five criteria on our how we test page, each out of 2.
| Criterion | Score | Why |

| Total | 3.3 / 10 |
What owners say
We found no Trustpilot profile for the gadgetxaura.com store and no retailer reviews for SleekStyle Pro by that name. Owners of oval hot air brushes generally love the speed and volume, and complain about weight, heat near the scalp and units that stop working after a year or two.
What we did, and did not, do
Nobody on our team has used SleekStyle Pro. We read the offer page our link opens and its page code on 6 October 2026, along with AAD hair care guidance, retailer listings for the Revlon One-Step and the pages that rank for SleekStyle Pro. The refund and returns terms are as we recorded them from the site's terms page on 4 October 2026.
How to use SleekStyle Pro for a smooth blow-out
Towel-dry until damp, detangle, apply a heat protectant and work in sections from the underside up. Brush slowly from roots to ends on a low or medium setting, roll the ends under, and lift at the crown for volume. Finish with a cool setting, if it has one, to set the style.
- Damp, not dripping. Towel-dry well first.
- Detangle. Pins catch knots.
- Heat protectant. A light spray.
- Section. Start underneath, work up.
- Low to medium heat. Raise only for thick hair.
- Lift the roots. Hold the brush under the root for a few seconds.
- Clean the bristles. Remove hair after each use.
Long hair
Smaller sections and slower passes avoid tangles.
Cooling down
Unplug it and rest it on a heat-proof surface; never wrap the cord tightly around the handle.

What else do people ask about hot air brushes?
Most questions are about damage, short hair and noise. Any regular heat can damage hair, very short hair is hard to grip with a large oval, and these tools are as loud as hair dryers. Browse our hair gadget reviews for more.
Does it damage hair?
Like any heat tool, it can. Use low settings and not every day if you can avoid it.
Is it heavy?
Oval hot air brushes are heavier than plain brushes; the page gives no weight.
Is it loud?
About as loud as a hair dryer.
Does it work on short hair?
Hair needs to be long enough to wrap around the oval, roughly chin length or more.
Frequently asked questions
How much does SleekStyle Pro cost?
On 6 October 2026, the offer page listed one SleekStyle Pro for $79, two for $119, three (two plus one free) for $137, four for $179 and five (three plus two free) for $197, with the five-pack flagged as the best seller. A traveler adapter cost $5, a ceramic element $9 and a 3-year warranty $14.
Is SleekStyle Pro the same as the Revlon One-Step?
It looks very similar: a black oval brush head with pink-tipped pins, a pink collar and a pink base. The page does not mention Revlon, and we cannot confirm what is inside. Retail listings describe the Revlon One-Step at 1100 W with three heat and speed settings and a ceramic coating.
Can I use SleekStyle Pro on wet hair?
The page says it is for dry and damp hair. Hot air brushes are designed for damp hair, but towel-dry first so hair is not dripping, and use the lowest setting that works.
Is the ceramic element worth $9?
Ceramic coatings and elements tend to spread heat more evenly. Since the standard version here apparently is not ceramic, it is the add-on to choose if you buy.
Does it work on curly hair?
It can smooth and stretch curls into a blow-out, but takes longer on thick curls. Work in small sections, use a heat protectant and keep the heat moderate.
Is SleekStyle Pro better than a dryer and round brush?
It is easier and faster for most people, because one hand does the job of two tools. A dryer and round brush gives more control over the finish, especially for very long or very thick hair.
Is SleekStyle Pro legit?
It is a real product sold by G Com Pte Ltd, which lists a Singapore address, email and phone number. The concerns are the ceramic element sold separately, no specs, a price about twice the original design and return postage at your cost.

Claims, product title, feature bullets, photos, US dollar prices, bundles, add-ons and their images, warranty price, seller details and card statement name from the SleekStyle Pro offer page our link opens (gadgetxaura.com) and the data in the page's own code on 2026-10-06. The 30-day guarantee text was read in the same page code that day; the fuller refund and returns terms are as recorded from the site's terms page on 2026-10-04.
