Our verdict

No, if you want to lose fat; maybe, if you just like a warm, firm sweat belt for workouts. SlimShaper is a neoprene waist belt that makes your middle sweat and smooths your shape while you wear it. The weight it takes off is water, which comes back when you drink, and the FTC says wearing a product cannot cause weight loss. The page gives no sizes, and the branded Sweet Sweat belt has been listed for about a third of the price. SlimShaper scores 3.4 out of 10, held back by its slimming promise and price.

The short version

  • What it is: a neoprene belt worn around the waist to increase sweating and compress your middle.
  • Price: $67 for one on 4 October 2026, with a five-pack for $196 preselected. Delivery was listed as free.
  • Best trait: warm, firm support that some people like during workouts.
  • Biggest drawback: sweat loss is not fat loss, and similar belts cost far less.
  • Our score: 3.4 out of 10.

Pros & cons

The pros come from what neoprene sweat belts genuinely do. The cons are about what they cannot do, sizing, safety and price.

What we like

  • Neoprene holds heat, so it will make your waist sweat during exercise
  • Can smooth and compress the waist under clothes while you wear it
  • Some people like the warmth and firm feel around the lower back
  • Adjustable hook-and-loop design, according to the photos
  • Free delivery, and the seller names a registered company with a Singapore address

What we don't

  • Sweat lost is water, which returns when you drink, not fat
  • No sizes, measurements or fitting chart are given on the page
  • Branded sweat belts such as Sweet Sweat have been listed at about $22 to $30
  • Tight belts during exercise can restrict breathing and add to heat stress
  • An anti-allergy treatment and a pillow are offered as add-ons for a neoprene belt
  • Refunds need a returns number first, and you pay return postage to an overseas seller

How it works

SlimShaper is a wide belt of neoprene, the stretchy synthetic rubber used in wetsuits. Neoprene insulates well, so when you wrap it around your waist it holds in body heat. Your skin under the belt warms up and sweats more than the rest of you. The belt is also tight, which compresses your middle and smooths its outline while it is on.

The SlimShaper belt worn around the waist. Image: SlimShaper

The product photo shows a woman wearing a black belt from below the chest to the top of the hips, with a wider panel in the middle. The add-on photo shows a black and pink version being fastened, with hook-and-loop strips that let you adjust the tightness. According to the page, it is made of "high grade neoprene", is formaldehyde free and suits walking, jogging, cycling and aerobics.

  1. Wrap it around your waist

Step 1: Wrap the neoprene belt around your middle, over a thin layer of clothing, and fasten it with the hook-and-loop strips so it feels snug but lets you breathe.

  2. Exercise or go about your day

Step 2: The neoprene traps body heat, so your waist warms up and sweats more than usual, while the belt compresses your middle and smooths its outline.

  3. Remove, rehydrate and wash

Step 3: Take it off after use, drink water to replace the fluid you sweated out, and rinse or wash the belt so it does not smell.

What sweating does

Sweat is your body's cooling system. It is mostly water with some salt. When you sweat more, you lose more water, and the scales show a lower number. That drop reverses as soon as you drink and eat, usually within hours. Losing water this way does not change how much fat you carry.

What compression does

A tight belt pushes soft tissue inwards and holds it there, much like shapewear. While it is on, your waist measures smaller and looks smoother under clothes. Once you take it off, everything returns to its usual shape. Some people like the effect for an evening out, but it is a garment effect, not a body change.

Why you cannot burn fat in one spot

The idea that heating or squeezing your belly melts fat there is a common myth. Fat is stored and used across the whole body, and the body draws on it according to overall energy balance, not local temperature. The CDC's guidance on losing weight describes steady, gradual weight loss through changes to eating, activity and sleep, not targeted heat.

How much weight sweating removes

During an hour of hard exercise in warm conditions, people can sweat a litre or more, which weighs about a kilogram, or just over two pounds. That is why the scales can drop noticeably after a sweaty session. It is also why the number comes back within a day. Fat loss of the same amount would take weeks of steady effort, because a kilogram of body fat stores far more energy than a single workout uses.

Why the quick result is misleading

Seeing a lower weight straight after exercise in a belt feels like proof it works. It encourages people to keep wearing it and to judge progress by post-workout weigh-ins. That can hide whether real fat loss is happening at all. Weighing yourself first thing in the morning, once a week, gives a far more honest picture.

Neoprene versus latex waist trainers

Waist trainers come in two broad types. Neoprene belts, like SlimShaper, are soft and stretchy and mainly designed to make you sweat. Latex or fabric cinchers with flexible boning are designed to pull the waist in harder, and are often worn for hours. SlimShaper is the gentler type, which makes it less risky for long wear but also less effective as a shaper.

Who it's for

SlimShaper suits people who already enjoy the feel of a warm, firm belt around the middle during exercise, and people who want a smoother line under a dress or fitted top for a few hours. It suits them only if they understand that the belt does not burn fat. It does not suit anyone buying it to lose weight, and it is not for pregnant people or anyone with heart, breathing or digestive conditions.

  • People who like the warm, supported feel of a sweat belt during workouts
  • Anyone who wants a smoother waistline under clothes for a few hours
  • Buyers who understand that sweating is not fat loss

Why SlimShaper appeals

Belly fat is one of the most common things people want to change, and it is also one of the slowest. A belt that promises to slim, shape and trim while you walk or work sounds like a shortcut. You also see a real result straight away: your waist measures smaller with the belt on, and you weigh a little less after a sweaty workout. Those quick, visible changes are why sweat belts sell, even though they are temporary.

People who like the warm feel

Some gym-goers say a neoprene belt keeps their lower back warm and feels supportive during cardio. That is a matter of comfort, and if you like it, a sweat belt is a reasonable thing to wear. It does not protect your back the way a weightlifting belt is designed to during heavy lifts.

People wanting a smoother shape under clothes

As a shapewear layer, a belt can smooth your middle under a fitted outfit. Neoprene is warm and thick, so it suits cooler days. For everyday shapewear, thinner garments made for wearing under clothes are more comfortable and breathable.

People starting a fitness routine

If a belt helps you feel more confident going to the gym or for a walk, the exercise itself will do you good. The danger is relying on the belt for results it cannot deliver, then giving up when the fat does not shift. Focus on the walking, not the sweating.

Postpartum use

Some people wear belly bands or wraps after giving birth for support. That is a different product, usually designed with a midwife's or doctor's advice in mind. Ask your midwife or doctor before wearing any tight belt after pregnancy, especially after a caesarean.

Athletes making weight

Some combat sports athletes use sweat suits and belts to drop water weight before a weigh-in. That practice carries real risks of dehydration and heat illness, and many sports bodies discourage it. It is also a specialist, supervised practice, not something a slimming belt should be sold for.

Teenagers

Young people worried about their shape may be drawn to slimming belts. Body image pressure is common, and products that promise quick changes can feed unhealthy habits. If a teenager wants to wear a waist trainer, it is worth talking about why, and about healthier ways to feel good.

People with eating disorder history

For anyone with a history of disordered eating, products focused on sweating out weight or shrinking the waist can be harmful. Talk to your care team before using one.

Who should skip it

Skip SlimShaper if you want to lose fat or inches for good, because it cannot do either. Skip it if you are pregnant, or have heart, breathing, kidney or digestive conditions, unless a doctor says it is fine. Skip it in hot weather or if you dehydrate easily. And skip it if price matters, since branded sweat belts cost about a third as much.

  • Anyone hoping to lose fat or inches permanently
  • Pregnant people, and anyone with heart, breathing or digestive conditions
  • People exercising in hot weather or prone to dehydration
  • Price-conscious buyers, since branded sweat belts cost much less

Can SlimShaper help you lose weight?

No, not in any lasting way. The page calls SlimShaper a "power slimming belt", "body shaper", "waist trainer" and "trimmer" that enhances sweating. It does make you sweat, and you will weigh slightly less afterwards, but that is water that returns when you drink. The US Federal Trade Commission lists "wearing a product on the body" to cause weight loss as a claim that is never true.

Why this matters for buyers

Buying a belt in the hope of losing fat can mean spending money, putting up with discomfort and then feeling disappointed. Knowing what a sweat belt can and cannot do lets you decide whether its real effects, warmth and temporary shaping, are worth paying for.

What the FTC says

The FTC's Gut Check guide for spotting false weight-loss claims lists seven claims that media outlets should never accept in advertising. One is that a product causes substantial weight loss by wearing it on the body or rubbing it into the skin. A neoprene belt falls squarely into that group if it is sold for weight loss.

"Power Slimming Belt"

"Slimming" suggests losing size. With the belt on, you look slimmer. With it off, you look the same. No study offered on the page shows any lasting change.

"Body Shaper" and "Waist Trainer"

Shapers and waist trainers are tight garments meant to hold the waist in. "Waist training" claims that wearing one for long periods will permanently shrink your waist. There is no good evidence for that, and long hours in a tight garment can cause discomfort, reflux and shallow breathing. SlimShaper looks like a neoprene sweat belt rather than a boned corset, so it is less extreme than many waist trainers, but the same principle applies.

"Trimmer For Sport Gym, Enhance Sweating"

This is the accurate part. The belt traps heat and you sweat more. Sweating more around the waist does not mean burning more calories, and it does not target fat there. The extra heat can, though, make a workout feel harder.

Woman fastening a black and pink neoprene SlimShaper belt with hook-and-loop strips around her waist
The $29 additional SlimShaper add-on, shown in black and pink. Image: SlimShaper

"Wear While Going Out, Exercising or Working"

You can wear it at any of these times, but there is no reason to wear a neoprene sweat belt for long hours at work. It traps heat, can rub, and may push on your stomach after meals. If you want a smoother shape at work, lighter shapewear is more comfortable.

What the photos suggest

The product photo shows a plain black belt with a wider central panel. The add-on photo shows a pink-trimmed belt with a second strap that wraps over the first, a common design that lets you tighten the middle separately. The page does not say which design the main product uses or whether colours are available.

"Made of High Grade Neoprene"

Neoprene is a durable, stretchy material. The page gives no thickness, grade or brand. Thicker neoprene is warmer and firmer; thinner is more flexible. Some people react to neoprene or the glues used with it, so watch for skin irritation.

"Formaldehyde Free and Eco-Friendly"

The page names no test or certificate for either claim. Neoprene is made from petrochemicals, and "eco-friendly" is undefined.

"Soft, Comfortable and Easy to Use"

Neoprene belts are easy to put on with hook-and-loop fasteners. Comfort depends on fit, and the page gives no sizes, which makes fit a gamble.

Is SlimShaper safe to wear while exercising?

For healthy adults, short use is usually low risk, but it adds heat stress and can restrict breathing. A tight belt limits how far your belly can move when you breathe deeply, and neoprene stops sweat cooling you around the middle. Drink water before and after, keep it loose enough to breathe fully, skip it in hot weather and stop if you feel dizzy, sick or short of breath.

Warning signs of heat illness

Heat exhaustion can cause heavy sweating, dizziness, headache, nausea, cramps and fast breathing. If it is not treated by cooling down and drinking, it can progress to heatstroke, which is a medical emergency. A sweat belt adds to the heat load, so learn the signs.

Heat and dehydration

Your body cools itself by sweating. When neoprene traps the heat, more sweat is lost without the cooling effect, especially in warm weather. Losing too much fluid can cause headaches, dizziness and cramps. If you exercise in a sweat belt, drink water before, during and after, and take it off if you feel unwell.

Breathing

Deep breathing uses the diaphragm, which pushes your belly outwards. A tight belt resists that movement, so you may breathe more shallowly. That can make cardio feel harder and reduce how much you can do. A belt should never be so tight that you cannot take a full breath.

Digestion and reflux

Pressure on the stomach can push acid upwards and cause heartburn, especially after eating. Avoid wearing a tight belt after meals if you get reflux.

Skin irritation

Sweat trapped against the skin for long periods can cause rashes and chafing. Wear the belt over a thin, breathable layer, remove it after exercise and wash your skin.

Wearing it for long periods

Some people wear waist trainers all day, believing longer wear gives better results. There is no evidence for that. Long hours of compression can cause discomfort, reflux, skin problems and shallow breathing. If you wear SlimShaper outside exercise, keep it to a few hours at most and take it off if it feels uncomfortable.

Lifting weights in a sweat belt

A neoprene sweat belt is not a lifting belt. Lifting belts are thick, stiff and designed to help you brace your core under heavy loads. A soft neoprene belt gives warmth, not that bracing support. If you lift heavy, use proper technique and, if you want one, a lifting belt designed for it.

Medical conditions

Pregnant people should not wear tight belts around the abdomen. Anyone with heart conditions, high blood pressure, breathing problems, kidney disease or a history of heat illness should ask a doctor before using a sweat belt.

What to do: treat any dizziness, nausea, confusion or a racing heart during exercise as a reason to stop, remove the belt, cool down and drink.

How much does SlimShaper cost, and what are the add-ons?

With the United States selected on 4 October 2026, one SlimShaper cost $67, two cost $97, three cost $134, four cost $169 and five cost $196, with the five-pack preselected. Delivery was listed as free. A 3-year warranty cost $9. Add-ons were an additional SlimShaper for $29, a SenseSleep pillow for $39 and an anti-allergy treatment for $4. Sports Research's Sweet Sweat belt has been listed at Walmart for about $22 to $30.

Buy 2, get 1 free (3)$134About $44.67
4 belts$169$42.25
Buy 3, get 2 free (5)$196About $39.20

The crossed-out "regular" price is $134, twice the single price. We found no evidence of anyone paying $134.

The add-ons

  • Additional SlimShaper at 50% discount, $29 (old price $69): a second belt, shown in black and pink.
  • SenseSleep pillow, $39 (old price $99): the adjustable mesh pillow from the same seller.
  • Anti-allergy hypoallergenic treatment, $4 (old price $9): described as a material treatment against dust mites and allergens.

The cheaper second belt

The second-belt add-on costs $29, which makes one belt plus the add-on $96. That is $1 less than the two-pack at $97. The add-on photo shows a pink-trimmed belt, so it may be a different colour from the main product. If you want two belts, this route is slightly cheaper, though it is still far above branded belts.

The odd add-ons

An anti-dust-mite treatment makes little sense for a neoprene belt you wash after workouts. The SenseSleep pillow has nothing to do with a waist belt. Our SenseSleep review found a mesh pillow with height layers and anti-allergy treatment sold separately. We would skip both.

What a branded sweat belt costs

Sports Research's Sweet Sweat waist trimmer, one of the best-known neoprene sweat belts in the US, has been listed at Walmart for $22.36 to $29.95, and at Vitacost for $27.97. It comes in small, medium and large sizes, with a Pro version at $39.95. Like SlimShaper, it is a sweat belt, and like SlimShaper it cannot burn fat. The difference is price and sizing.

Total cost with extras

One SlimShaper with the warranty comes to $76. Adding the second belt brings it to $105. Adding the pillow and anti-allergy treatment would push it to $148, for products unrelated to a sweat belt. Two Sweet Sweat belts would cost under $60.

The "50% discount" framing

The page shows "50% discount" on the main product and the second-belt add-on alike. The crossed-out prices are exactly twice the selling prices, a pattern that runs across every product on this seller's pages. Treat them as reference prices set by the seller, not evidence of real savings.

Sizes

SlimShaper's page gives no sizes or measurements. Sweat belts usually come in two to four sizes because a belt that fits a 26-inch waist will not fit a 40-inch waist. Without a size chart, you cannot know whether the belt will fit you.

What to do: ask support what sizes are available and how to choose before ordering.

Who sells it

The seller is G Com Pte Ltd, listed at 137 Market Street, #04-01 Grace Global Raffles, Singapore 048943, with a support email and phone number. The page footer reads "G Com Pte Ltd - Hong Kong". Your card statement will show "perfectchoicebase.com".

Is SlimShaper better than Sweet Sweat or simply exercising more?

No. Sweet Sweat is the same kind of neoprene sweat belt, comes in sizes and has been listed at about a third of SlimShaper's price. Neither belt burns fat. If your goal is losing weight, the exercise you do while wearing a belt and your diet matter far more than the belt. Spending the difference on good walking shoes or a few fitness classes is likely to do more.

SlimShaper vs Sweet Sweat

Both wrap neoprene around the middle with hook-and-loop fasteners. Sweet Sweat publishes sizes and is sold by large US retailers with standard returns. SlimShaper gives no sizes and is sold through an overseas offer page with return postage at your cost. For anyone who wants a sweat belt, Sweet Sweat is the more sensible buy.

SlimShaper vs shapewear

If your goal is a smoother line under clothes, shapewear designed for daily wear is lighter, breathes better and comes in many sizes and styles. Neoprene is too warm for long wear.

SlimShaper vs an EMS ab belt

Electrical muscle stimulation belts claim to tone abdominal muscles. The FDA has not cleared any EMS device for weight loss. Our Smart Fitness review looks at one such belt and the FTC's history of action against ab belt claims.

SlimShaper vs a weight-loss tracker

Tracking what you eat and how you move helps many people lose weight steadily. Our Lumen review covers a metabolism tracker that suggests eating plans, and what evidence there is behind it.

SlimShaper vs a doctor's help

For people with a lot of weight to lose, or weight-related health problems, a doctor can offer support, referrals and in some cases medication. That is far more effective than any belt, and often covered by insurance.

SlimShaper vs a sauna suit

Sauna suits cover the whole body and make you sweat even more. They carry higher risks of overheating and dehydration, and the same limits apply: the weight lost is water. Neither is a fat-loss tool.

SlimShaper vs core exercises

Planks, dead bugs, bird dogs and similar exercises strengthen the deep muscles around your middle, which can improve posture and how your midsection looks over time. They will not burn fat in one spot, but they build real strength that a belt cannot.

SlimShaper vs walking more

Walking is free, low risk and one of the most sustainable ways to raise daily activity. Adding a daily walk does more for long-term weight than any belt. If the belt helps you walk more, fine, but the walking is doing the work.

When a sweat belt makes sense

If you enjoy the feel of a warm belt during workouts and know it is not burning fat, there is no harm in wearing one sensibly. Buy a cheap, well-sized one.

Is SlimShaper legit, and what should you check before buying?

SlimShaper is a real belt sold by G Com Pte Ltd, which lists a Singapore address and support contacts. The concerns are slimming claims that the FTC treats as false when tied to weight loss, no size chart, a price about three times branded belts, odd add-ons, the preselected five-pack and refund terms that need a returns number and leave return postage to you.

Be clear about what it does

What this means for you: if you buy it, buy it as a sweat belt or shaping layer, not as a way to lose weight.

Watch the language

Pages that sell sweat belts often use words like slimming, trimming, burning and shaping. Those words suggest fat loss without saying so outright. When a product describes what you might see on your body, ask whether that change lasts after you take it off.

Ask about sizes

What to do: ask support for the belt's length and width, and the waist sizes it fits.

Check the selected bundle

The five-pack for $196 is preselected. Change it to one belt, or one plus the $29 add-on if you want two.

Refunds and returns

The page code mentions a 30-day guarantee "less S&H". The terms cover defective or damaged items within two years, with a returns number needed first. Return postage is at your cost, and parcels with insufficient postage are refused. A belt that does not fit is not "defective", so check sizing before you buy.

Membership offers

The page code contains text for a "Gadget Discount Club", free for 30 days, after which "$9 may apply". We did not see it on the order page with the United States selected. Check your order email and card statement.

Timers, pop-ups and the spin wheel

The page shows a 30-minute countdown, "just bought" pop-ups and a discount spin wheel. They do not affect the product.

Check for skin sensitivity

What to do: if you have sensitive skin or a known rubber allergy, ask support what the neoprene is made of and whether it contains latex or other sensitisers. Test it on a small area first.

Keep the packaging

Keep the packaging and order email until you have tried the belt on. If it does not fit, you will need them to arrange a return.

How to buy SlimShaper the smart way

  1. Decide whether you want a sweat belt for comfort, not weight loss.
  2. Open the SlimShaper order page (opens G Com Pte Ltd in a new tab) and select your country.
  3. Change the preselected five-pack to one belt.
  4. Ask support about sizes before paying.
  5. Skip the pillow and anti-allergy add-ons.
  6. Note the card statement name, perfectchoicebase.com, and save your order email.

How did we score SlimShaper?

SlimShaper scores 3.4 out of 10: claim accuracy 0.4, build durability 1.0, price competitiveness 0.5, usability 1.1 and owner satisfaction 0.4, each out of 2. A neoprene sweat belt does what its material allows, but the page sells it with slimming language that the FTC rejects for weight loss, gives no sizes, adds unrelated extras and charges about three times a branded belt.

What owners say

We found no Trustpilot profile for the gadgetxaura.com store and no independent retailer ratings for SlimShaper. The pages that rank for it are mostly promotional. Owners of neoprene sweat belts in general often like the warmth and sweat, and complain about sizing, rolling or riding up during exercise, skin irritation and smell.

What we did, and did not, do

Nobody on our team has worn SlimShaper. We read the offer page our link opens with the United States selected, its code and the seller's terms on 4 October 2026, along with the FTC's Gut Check guide, the CDC's weight-loss guidance, US listings for Sweet Sweat and the top-ranking SlimShaper pages. Our weight-loss hub collects the other weight-loss products we have reviewed.

How to use SlimShaper safely and comfortably

Wear SlimShaper over a thin layer, fasten it snugly but loose enough to take a full breath, and use it only during exercise sessions of up to an hour. Drink water before, during and after, take it off straight away if you feel dizzy or hot, and wash it after every use. Judge your progress by how you feel and how your clothes fit over weeks, not by the scales after a sweaty session.

  1. Check the fit. Snug, not tight; you should breathe fully.
  2. Wear a base layer. A thin T-shirt or vest protects your skin.
  3. Hydrate. Drink water before and during exercise.
  4. Keep sessions short. Up to an hour, not all day.
  5. Avoid heat. Do not wear it outdoors in hot weather or in a sauna.
  6. Remove and wash. Take it off after exercise and rinse or wash it.
  7. Track real progress. Weigh yourself at the same time each week, not after workouts.

Fastening it properly

Wrap it around the narrowest part of your waist, with the wider panel at the front. Pull it snug and press the hook-and-loop firmly. If it rolls up during exercise, it may be the wrong size or fastened too high.

Measuring your waist properly

To track real change, measure your waist without the belt, first thing in the morning, at the level of your belly button, breathing out normally. Do it once every two to four weeks. Waist measurement is a better guide to health than weight alone, because it reflects the fat around your middle.

Choosing exercise you enjoy

The exercise that helps most is the one you keep doing. Walking, cycling, swimming, dancing and team sports all count. If wearing a belt makes exercise feel worse, leave it off. Comfort helps you keep going.

Wearing it under clothes

If you wear the belt under clothes for shape, choose loose outer layers so you do not overheat, and take it off before eating a large meal. Neoprene is bulky, so it can show under thin fabrics.

Washing it

Hand wash neoprene in cool water with mild soap, rinse well and let it dry flat, away from direct heat. Hot water and tumble dryers can damage neoprene and weaken the glue. Close the hook-and-loop before washing so it does not snag other items.

Storing it

Store the belt flat or loosely rolled, with the hook-and-loop closed, in a dry place. Folding it tightly along the same line can crease neoprene and weaken it over time. Keep it away from radiators and direct sun, which can dry out the material and make it crack.

Smell

Sweat trapped in neoprene can smell. Washing after every use and drying it fully in the air helps. A belt left damp in a gym bag will smell quickly.

What to focus on instead

The things that make lasting weight loss more likely are well known: eating a little less, mostly whole foods, moving more, sleeping well and keeping going for months. If the belt helps you get to the gym, fine. Put your attention on the habits, not the belt.

Building a routine that works

A sensible weekly routine for weight loss combines regular cardio, two or more strength sessions, enough sleep and steady eating habits. The belt can be part of the cardio sessions if you like it. Measure progress monthly by waist measurement without the belt, how clothes fit and how you feel.

When to see a doctor

If you have a lot of weight to lose, have tried for a long time without success, or have weight-related conditions such as type 2 diabetes or high blood pressure, a doctor can help. Modern treatments, including medicines, are far more effective than products sold online.

Other questions about sweat belts

Do sweat belts tone abs? No. Toning comes from strengthening the muscles, which needs exercise. A belt does not make muscles work harder.

Can I wear a sweat belt to sleep? Not recommended. A tight belt overnight can restrict breathing and cause discomfort.

Do sweat belts help back pain? Some people find the warmth soothing, but a sweat belt is not a back brace. See a clinician for persistent back pain.

How long do neoprene belts last? Months to a couple of years with regular use, depending on care. The hook-and-loop usually wears out first.

Frequently asked questions

Does SlimShaper help you lose weight?

Not fat. The belt makes your middle sweat, and sweating lowers your weight by the amount of water lost, which returns as soon as you drink. The US Federal Trade Commission lists wearing a product on the body to lose weight as a claim that cannot be true.

Does SlimShaper burn belly fat?

No. You cannot burn fat in one area by heating or squeezing it. Fat loss comes from eating less energy than you use over time, and it happens across the whole body, not just where you wear a belt.

How much does SlimShaper cost?

With the United States selected on 4 October 2026, the offer page listed one SlimShaper for $67, two for $97, three for $134, four for $169 and five for $196. The five-pack was preselected. Delivery was listed as free and a 3-year warranty cost $9.

Is it safe to wear SlimShaper while exercising?

For healthy adults, short use is usually low risk, but a tight belt can restrict breathing and trap heat. Do not wear it in hot weather, drink plenty of water, loosen it if you feel dizzy, and skip it if you are pregnant or have heart or breathing problems.

Is SlimShaper a waist trainer?

The page calls it a waist trainer and body shaper, but the photos show a neoprene sweat belt rather than a boned corset. It compresses your middle while you wear it. No belt permanently trains your waist to a smaller size.

Is SlimShaper better than Sweet Sweat?

Both are neoprene sweat belts. Sweet Sweat, by Sports Research, comes in sizes and has been listed at Walmart for about $22 to $30. SlimShaper costs $67 for one and gives no sizes. For a sweat belt, Sweet Sweat is the better value.

Is SlimShaper legit?

It is a real product sold by G Com Pte Ltd, which lists a Singapore address, email and phone. The concerns are the slimming claims, the missing size chart, the price compared with branded belts, the preselected five-pack and refund terms that leave return postage to you.
