Our verdict

It depends on what you pay and why you want it. nHAP EnamelShield+ is a 120 g mint toothpaste with 7.5% nano-hydroxyapatite and no fluoride, sold as an enamel repair and whitening paste. Hydroxyapatite has genuine, growing clinical support against early decay, so this is one of the more credible products on this checkout. The catches are the price, about three times a known rival, enamel repair wording that goes too far, and a fluoride-free pitch that the ADA does not share. nHAP EnamelShield+ scores 4.2 out of 10, held back by price and overstated claims.

The short version

  • What it is: a fluoride-free toothpaste with 7.5% nano-hydroxyapatite, branded Croent on the tube.
  • Price: $29 for one tube on 6 October 2026, with a five-pack for $89 flagged as the best seller.
  • Best trait: an active ingredient with real clinical evidence, and the strength printed on the box.
  • Biggest drawback: the price, and claims that stretch what hydroxyapatite does.
  • Our score: 4.2 out of 10.

Pros & cons

The pros come from the ingredient. The cons are mostly about price and wording.

What we like

  • Nano-hydroxyapatite has a growing body of clinical evidence for early tooth decay and sensitivity
  • The box states the strength: 7.5% nHAP in a 120 g tube
  • A fluoride-free option for people who choose to avoid fluoride, with advice from a dentist
  • Mint flavour, with phytate, lysozyme and nicotinamide listed on the box
  • The seller names a registered company with an address and email

What we don't

  • $29 for one tube is about three times Boka's 4 oz nHAP toothpaste at $9.88
  • 'Repairs enamel' oversells it: hydroxyapatite helps early weak spots, not chips or cavities
  • Implies fluoride-free is safer, while the ADA recommends fluoride toothpaste
  • Sold under a different name from the Croent brand on the tube
  • The five-pack for $89 is flagged as the best seller, and a $5 warranty is offered on toothpaste
  • Return postage to an overseas seller is yours to pay

How it works

Your enamel is mostly a mineral called hydroxyapatite. Acids from food and plaque bacteria dissolve tiny amounts of it, and saliva puts some back. Nano-hydroxyapatite (nHAP) toothpaste supplies very small particles of the same mineral, which can settle onto early weakened spots and into exposed tubules in sensitive teeth. Fluoride works on the same process by a different route.

  1. Brush twice a day

Step 1: Use a pea-sized amount on a soft brush for two minutes, morning and night.

  2. Spit, do not rinse

Step 2: Spitting out the excess without rinsing leaves more hydroxyapatite on the teeth.

  3. Keep seeing your dentist

Step 3: Ask your dentist whether a fluoride-free paste suits your decay risk.

The page title piles up enamel repair, whitening, sensitive teeth, bad breath, stain removal and "safe for enamel". The bullets say it repairs and strengthens enamel with nano-hydroxyapatite, whitens without sensitivity, freshens breath, removes surface stains, contains no fluoride "for a safe, natural clean" and shields teeth against future damage.

What is on the box

The photo shows a tube and box branded Croent, labelled "White Tooth Repair Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste", 7.5% nHAP, 120 g, mint aroma, with phytate, lysozyme and nicotinamide and "16 hours fresh breath". The offer page gives no full ingredient list.

The other listed ingredients

Phytate (phytic acid) is a plant compound. Lysozyme is an enzyme also found in saliva. Nicotinamide is a form of vitamin B3. The page makes no specific claims for them.

Who it's for

nHAP EnamelShield+ suits adults who have already decided on a fluoride-free toothpaste and want an active ingredient with clinical support, and people with mild sensitivity who want to try hydroxyapatite. Our PurelyWhite Deluxe review covers a tooth powder that pairs hydroxyapatite with a whitening agent.

  • Adults who have chosen a fluoride-free toothpaste and want an evidence-backed active ingredient
  • People with mild sensitivity who want to try hydroxyapatite
  • Families where young children tend to swallow toothpaste, after asking a dentist

Fluoride-free households

If you avoid fluoride, hydroxyapatite is the best-studied alternative. Talk it through with your dentist, especially for children.

Mild sensitivity

Hydroxyapatite can block the tiny tubes that carry sensations to the nerve.

Who should skip it

Skip nHAP EnamelShield+ if your dentist says you are at high risk of decay and need fluoride, expect chips or cavities to be repaired, want the cheapest nHAP paste or want a dramatic whitening result.

  • Anyone at high risk of decay whose dentist recommends fluoride
  • People expecting chips, cracks or cavities to be repaired
  • Buyers who want the cheapest hydroxyapatite paste
  • Anyone wanting dramatic whitening

Does hydroxyapatite toothpaste really protect teeth?

The evidence is growing and mostly positive. A 2024 systematic review and meta-analysis in the Journal of Dentistry included five clinical trials and eight in situ trials and concluded that hydroxyapatite is effective against decay without fluoride, and safe if swallowed. Two of its six authors work for Dr. Kurt Wolff, a German oral care company. There is no published trial of this particular paste.

The 2024 meta-analysis

The review by Pawinska and colleagues compared hydroxyapatite products with placebo or fluoride. Its authors describe hydroxyapatite as an ideal fluoride substitute for young children's toothpaste. Their affiliations, listed with the paper, include two researchers from the Dr. Kurt Wolff research department.

What this means for you: the ingredient is credible; the brand and strength still matter.

What the ADA recommends

The American Dental Association's fluoride page recommends a fluoride toothpaste with the ADA Seal of Acceptance, and notes that most fluoride toothpastes contain 1,000 to 1,500 ppm. The page's "no fluoride for a safe, natural clean" implies fluoride is unsafe, which the ADA does not say.

Are nHAP EnamelShield+'s claims true?

Partly. "Strengthens enamel" fits the evidence for early weak spots. "Repairs enamel" goes further than any toothpaste can: hydroxyapatite cannot rebuild a chip, worn enamel or a cavity. "Whitens without sensitivity" is plausible for surface stains, since there is no peroxide, but it will not change your natural shade. Breath and "shields against future damage" claims have no data on the page.

"Repairs enamel"

Enamel has no living cells, so it does not grow back. Remineralising early white spots is real; filling a hole is not.

What to do: see a dentist for any chip, cavity or new sensitivity.

"Gently whitens"

Expect a modest brightening from stain removal, not bleaching.

"16 hours fresh breath"

Printed on the box with no source. Bad breath that lasts usually needs a dentist's check.

How much does nHAP EnamelShield+ cost, and what is cross-sold?

On 6 October 2026, one tube of nHAP EnamelShield+ cost $29, two cost $49, and the five-pack for $89 was flagged as the best seller. The checkout cross-sold a GermsPurge Pro UV toothbrush case for $9, a SonicX Pro electric toothbrush for $29 and a $4 USB car adapter, and offered a $5 extended warranty on the order.

The cross-sells

Our GermsPurge Pro review found its sterilisation claims go beyond the evidence, and our SonicX Pro review covers the toothbrush. Neither is needed for the toothpaste to work, and a warranty on a tube of toothpaste adds nothing.

Is nHAP EnamelShield+ better than Boka or a fluoride toothpaste?

Not on value. Boka's Ela Mint, a fluoride-free nano-hydroxyapatite paste, was $9.88 for 4 oz (about 113 g) on Boka's own site on 6 October 2026, about a third of the price for a similar amount. A fluoride toothpaste with the ADA Seal costs less still and has the longest evidence record. EnamelShield+'s advantage is a stated 7.5% strength on the box.

Where a rival wins

Boka wins on price for a fluoride-free nHAP paste. A fluoride toothpaste wins on the depth of evidence and on what the ADA recommends.

Is nHAP EnamelShield+ legit, and what should you check before buying?

nHAP EnamelShield+ is a real product from a named seller, and it should arrive if you order. The issues are the price, enamel repair wording, the fluoride framing and the bundle default. Before buying, check with your dentist, switch from the five-pack, skip the warranty and note the card statement name.

Ask your dentist about fluoride

What to do: if you have had several fillings or have dry mouth, ask whether dropping fluoride is wise before you switch.

Check the selected bundle

The five-pack for $89 is flagged as the best seller in the page code. What to do: change the order to one tube and try it first.

Card statement name and memberships

The charge appears as perfectchoicebase.com. Pages on this checkout have also carried text for a "Gadget Discount Club" membership that is free for 30 days and then billed. What to do: read every checkbox and post-payment page.

Refunds and returns

The page code offers a 30-day guarantee for a full refund or replacement, less shipping and handling. The terms we recorded on 4 October 2026 focus on defective goods, which can be returned within two years once you have a returns number, with return postage at your cost. Opened toothpaste may be hard to return.

How to buy nHAP EnamelShield+ the smart way

  1. Check with your dentist if you are at risk of decay.
  2. Open the nHAP EnamelShield+ order page (opens G Com Pte Ltd in a new tab) and select your country.
  3. Change the five-pack to one tube.
  4. Skip the warranty and car adapter.
  5. Note the card statement name, perfectchoicebase.com.

How did we score nHAP EnamelShield+?

nHAP EnamelShield+ scores 4.2 out of 10: claim accuracy 0.8, build durability 1.0, price competitiveness 0.4, usability 1.3 and owner satisfaction 0.7, each out of 2. The active ingredient has real evidence and the strength is stated. The score falls on a price about three times a known rival, "repairs enamel" wording, fluoride framing and no independent reviews of this listing.

How the score breaks down

What owners say

We found no Trustpilot profile for the gadgetxaura.com store and no retailer reviews for nHAP EnamelShield+ by that name. Hydroxyapatite toothpaste users elsewhere often mention a smooth feel and less sensitivity, and some dislike the lower foam.

What we did, and did not, do

Nobody on our team has used nHAP EnamelShield+. We read the offer page our link opens and its page code on 6 October 2026, along with the 2024 hydroxyapatite meta-analysis, the ADA's fluoride guidance, Boka's product page and the pages that rank for nHAP EnamelShield+. The refund and returns terms are as we recorded them from the site's terms page on 4 October 2026.

How to use nHAP EnamelShield+ for the best results

Brush twice a day for two minutes with a pea-sized amount, spit out the excess and do not rinse with water straight away. Use a soft brush, clean between teeth daily and keep your dental check-ups. Give sensitivity a few weeks before judging it, and see a dentist about any pain that persists.

  1. Pea-sized amount. A smear for young children, with a dentist's advice.
  2. Two minutes, twice a day. Morning and last thing at night.
  3. Spit, do not rinse. Leaves more mineral on the teeth.
  4. Soft brush, gentle pressure. Hard scrubbing wears enamel.
  5. Clean between teeth. Floss or interdental brushes daily; our JetFloss Pro review covers a water flosser.
  6. Limit acidic drinks. Wait before brushing after them.
  7. Keep check-ups. A dentist can spot decay a toothpaste cannot fix.

If you switch from fluoride

Tell your dentist so they can watch for early decay at check-ups.

Sensitivity that does not ease

Persistent sensitivity can signal decay or gum recession. Book a check.

What else do people ask about hydroxyapatite toothpaste?

Most questions are about fluoride, children and whitening. Hydroxyapatite is the best-studied fluoride alternative, it is considered safe if swallowed, and it brightens only by removing surface stains. Browse our dental care reviews for more, including our TeethShine Pro review of an at-home tartar scraper.

Can I use hydroxyapatite and fluoride together?

Some people use both at different times of day. Ask your dentist.

Is it safe for children?

The 2024 review calls it safe if swallowed. Ask a dentist about your child's decay risk.

What does "nano" mean here?

Very small particles, sized to fit the tiny defects in enamel.

How long until I notice a difference?

For sensitivity, often a few weeks of regular use, if at all.

Frequently asked questions

How much does nHAP EnamelShield+ cost?

On 6 October 2026, the offer page listed one tube for $29, two for $49, three (two plus one free) for $69, four for $79 and five (three plus two free) for $89, with the five-pack flagged as the best seller. GermsPurge Pro was cross-sold for $9 and SonicX Pro for $29.

Does hydroxyapatite toothpaste work?

There is growing evidence that it does. A 2024 meta-analysis in the Journal of Dentistry pooled five clinical trials and eight in situ trials and concluded hydroxyapatite works as an anti-caries ingredient without fluoride. Two of its six authors work for Dr. Kurt Wolff, a German oral care company.

Can it repair enamel?

Only in a limited sense. Hydroxyapatite can deposit mineral on early, weakened spots in enamel. It cannot rebuild enamel that has chipped, worn away or decayed into a cavity; those need a dentist.

Is fluoride-free toothpaste safe?

Hydroxyapatite is considered safe if swallowed, per the 2024 review. The American Dental Association still recommends a fluoride toothpaste with its Seal of Acceptance. Ask your dentist which suits your risk of decay.

Does it whiten teeth?

It may brighten teeth a little by helping remove surface stains and smoothing the surface. It contains no peroxide, so it will not change the natural shade of your teeth the way bleaching does.

Who makes nHAP EnamelShield+?

The photo shows a tube branded Croent, labelled White Tooth Repair Hydroxyapatite Toothpaste, 7.5% nHAP, 120 g. The page sells it as nHAP EnamelShield+.

Is nHAP EnamelShield+ legit?

It is a real product sold by G Com Pte Ltd, which lists a Singapore address and email. The concerns are a high price, overstated enamel repair wording, the fluoride-free safety framing and the five-pack default.
