Quick answer
No for most people. JawMaster is a silicone ball you bite against to work your chewing muscles, sold with promises of a "confident" jawline, "proven fast results" and help "recovering jaw damages".

Our verdict
No for most people. JawMaster is a silicone ball you bite against to work your chewing muscles, sold with promises of a "confident" jawline, "proven fast results" and help "recovering jaw damages". There is no good evidence that jaw exercisers sculpt the jaw, bigger chewing muscles tend to widen the face, and dental researchers have warned that similar devices can strain the jaw joint. The recovery claim is the most concerning. JawMaster scores 2.9 out of 10, held back by its claims and safety concerns.
The short version
- What it is: a silicone bite exerciser with clear tooth pads and an optional neck cord.
- Price: $59 for one on 6 October 2026, with a five-pack for $149 flagged as the best seller.
- Best trait: simple and cheap to make, with a choice of strengths.
- Biggest drawback: jawline claims without evidence and real jaw joint risks.
- Our score: 2.9 out of 10.
Pros & cons
There is not much to a jaw exerciser, which is part of the problem: the price and claims are doing most of the work. The pros are modest. The cons are about safety and promises.
What we like
- Simple silicone bite ball with no batteries or settings
- Small and light, with an optional cord to wear it round the neck
- A three-strength pack lets you choose the resistance
- The seller names a registered company with an address, email and phone number
What we don't
- Dental researchers warned in the British Dental Journal that a similar device could strain the jaw joint
- 'Used also for recovering jaw damages' is a risky claim: jaw injuries need a professional
- 'Proven fast results' comes with no evidence
- Building the chewing muscle tends to widen the lower face rather than sharpen it
- The main photo shows three strengths and two cords, which cost extra
- Return postage to an overseas seller is yours to pay

How it works
JawMaster is a chunky silicone block with a hexagonal hole through the middle and clear plastic pads on the top and bottom where your teeth rest. You put it in your mouth and bite down repeatedly against the silicone's resistance, which works the masseter and other chewing muscles. Harder silicone means more resistance. A cord lets you wear it round your neck between sessions.

Place it between your teeth
Step 1: Put the exerciser in your mouth so your teeth rest on the clear pads at the top and bottom.
Bite down and release
Step 2: Close your jaw against the silicone, which resists, then open slowly. Repeat in short sets.
Stop at any pain
Step 3: If your jaw clicks, aches or locks, stop using it and see a dentist.
The page title calls it a "perfect jaw exerciser", "best jaw line sculpting" device and "jaw exerciser for man and women". The six bullets promise to "change your jaw line to a confident one", "impressive face improvement you will love", "proven fast results in a short usage time", that it is "used also for recovering jaw damages", that it is light and easy to use, and that it is "recommended to everyone regardless gender and age".
Where the force goes
Your jaw hinges at the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), just in front of each ear, with a small disc cushioning it. Biting hard and repeatedly on a thick object holds the jaw open wider than normal chewing while loading that joint.
What the page leaves out
There is no resistance figure, size, material grade, routine or safety warning. The main photo already shows three colours, spare pads and two cords, but the strengths and cord are add-ons.
Who it's for
JawMaster is only reasonable for adults with healthy jaws and teeth who want to experiment and will use it sparingly at the lowest strength. It is not for anyone with jaw pain, clicking, locking, grinding, recent jaw injury or dental work, or anyone expecting a sharper jawline. Our MuscleRelax Pro review covers another muscle gadget from the same checkout.
- Adults with healthy jaws who are curious and will use it sparingly
- People who want a chewing workout and accept the limited evidence
- Buyers who will check with a dentist first and stop at any jaw symptom
Curious adults with healthy jaws
If your jaw never clicks or aches and you want to try it, keep it brief and stop at any discomfort.
Who should skip it
Skip JawMaster if you have jaw pain, clicking or locking, a TMJ disorder, a recent jaw injury or surgery, if you grind or clench your teeth, or if you have crowns, bridges, veneers, braces or loose teeth. Skip it too if you want a slimmer face.
- Anyone with jaw pain, clicking, locking, grinding or a TMJ disorder
- Anyone recovering from a jaw injury, fracture or surgery
- People with crowns, bridges, veneers, braces or loose teeth
- Anyone hoping for a slimmer, sharper jaw
Is JawMaster safe for your jaw joint?
Not for everyone, and dental researchers have raised concerns. A letter in the British Dental Journal warned that repeated use of a similar jaw exerciser would likely put far more stress on the jaw joint and disc, potentially triggering problems from joint noises to dislocation. The US National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research advises people with jaw joint problems to avoid gum chewing and extreme jaw movements.
The British Dental Journal warning
As reported by DrBicuspid, UK researchers wrote to the British Dental Journal about Jawzrsize, a device of the same type. They warned that biting with the front teeth strains the jaw joint, compared the load to teeth grinding, and said users might later need treatment to reduce masseter activity.
What this means for you: if you notice clicking, aching or headaches, stop.
What US dental researchers advise
The US National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research's leaflet TMD: less is often best recommends conservative care for jaw joint problems: soft foods, heat or cold, gentle stretching and avoiding gum chewing and extreme jaw movements. A resistance bite ball is the opposite of that advice.
"Used also for recovering jaw damages"
Jaw injuries, fractures and joint disorders need assessment and a recovery plan from a dentist, oral surgeon or physiotherapist. A general-purpose bite ball is not a rehabilitation device.
What to do: if you are recovering from a jaw problem, do not use JawMaster without your clinician's approval.
Teeth
Biting hard on a block can stress crowns, veneers, bridges and teeth weakened by decay. Children and teenagers, whose jaws are still growing, should not use it.
Can JawMaster really change your jawline?
There is no good evidence that it will, and the likely effect is the opposite of what most buyers want. Jaw definition depends mostly on bone structure, body fat and age. Exercise can enlarge the masseter, the main chewing muscle at the angle of the jaw, which tends to make the lower face wider and squarer rather than sharper.
"Proven fast results in a short usage time"
The page gives no study, before-and-after data or timeframe. We found no trials showing jaw exercisers improve facial appearance.
"Recommended to everyone regardless gender and age"
No device suits everyone. Children, older adults with worn joints and anyone with dental work are among those who should avoid it.
What actually changes jaw definition
Losing body fat can sharpen the jawline if fat is the issue. Posture affects how the jaw looks in photos. Structural changes need professional assessment.
How much does JawMaster cost, and what do the add-ons add?
On 6 October 2026, one JawMaster cost $59, with the five-pack at $149 flagged as the best seller. The checkout offered a neck cord for $7, a three strengths pack for $14, a USB car adapter for $4 and a 3-year warranty for $9. The main photo shows three strengths and two cords, which you only get by paying extra.
JawMaster price and bundles
| Package | Total | Per exerciser |
|---|---|---|
| 1 JawMaster | $59 | $59.00 |
| 2 JawMaster | $89 | $44.50 |
| 3 (buy 2, get 1 free) | $109 | $36.33 |
| 4 JawMaster | $129 | $32.25 |
| 5 (buy 3, get 2 free), best seller | $149 | $29.80 |
Prices are in US dollars as listed on 6 October 2026. You can check today's packages on the JawMaster order page (opens G Com Pte Ltd in a new tab).
Three strengths pack
For $14, "the full pack with three different strengths". The image matches the main product photo. If you buy, the softest strength is the safest place to start.

Neck cord
For $7, a cord "for carrying the exerciser easily and accessing it often". Using it often is exactly what dental researchers warn against.

Car adapter and warranty
A $4 USB car adapter has nothing to do with a silicone exerciser; skip it. A 3-year warranty for $9 on a block of silicone is hard to justify.
Who sells it
The order page names G Com Pte Ltd at 137 Market Street in Singapore, with the email support@g63com.com and a phone number. The footer gives the country as Hong Kong. The page code says charges appear on your card statement as panameedia.

Is JawMaster better than other jaw exercisers or professional care?
No. Silicone jaw exercisers of the same design sell widely for much less, and none has evidence for jawline changes. For jaw pain or recovery, a dentist or physiotherapist can give gentle, guided exercises suited to your joint. For appearance, overall fat loss does more than chewing resistance.
| Option | Purpose | Evidence | Cost |
|---|---|---|---|
| JawMaster | Jawline, "recovery" | None shown; safety warnings | $59 |
| Generic silicone jaw exerciser | Same | Same | Often much less |
| Dentist or physio guided exercises | Jaw pain and function | Clinical | Varies |
| Sugar-free gum | Chewing | Not advised for TMD | Very low |
JawMaster vs a generic jaw exerciser
Same design, same concerns, lower price. If you want to try one anyway, there is no reason to pay $59.
JawMaster vs professional care
For jaw pain, clicking or recovery, guided care is the only sensible route. That is where the alternative clearly wins.

Is JawMaster legit, and what should you check before buying?
JawMaster is a real product from a named seller, and an exerciser should arrive if you order. Before buying, check whether your jaw and teeth are suitable, switch from the five-pack, choose the softest strength, and note the card statement name.
Check your jaw and teeth
What to do: if you have any jaw pain, clicking, grinding or dental work, ask your dentist before using any jaw exerciser.
Check the selected bundle
The five-pack for $149 is flagged as the best seller in the page code. What to do: change the order to one exerciser.
Card statement name and memberships
The charge appears as panameedia. Pages on this checkout have also carried text for a "Gadget Discount Club" membership that is free for 30 days and then billed. What to do: read every checkbox and post-payment page.
Refunds and returns
The page code offers a 30-day guarantee for a full refund or replacement, less shipping and handling. The terms we recorded on 4 October 2026 focus on defective goods, which can be returned within two years once you have a returns number, with return postage at your cost. Used mouth products may not be returnable for hygiene reasons.

How did we score JawMaster?
JawMaster scores 2.9 out of 10: claim accuracy 0.2, build durability 0.9, price competitiveness 0.4, usability 1.0 and owner satisfaction 0.4, each out of 2. It is a simple silicone exerciser that does what it physically can. The score falls on "proven fast results" and jaw recovery claims without evidence, dental warnings about jaw joint strain, a likely widening rather than sharpening effect, and pictured accessories sold separately.
How the score breaks down
We use the five criteria on our how we test page, each out of 2.
| Criterion | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Claim accuracy | 0.2 / 2 | "Proven results" and "recovering jaw damages" unsupported |
| Build durability | 0.9 / 2 | Silicone and plastic pads; grade unstated |
| Price competitiveness | 0.4 / 2 | $59 for a widely sold design |
| Usability | 1.0 / 2 | Simple, but no routine or warnings |
| Owner satisfaction | 0.4 / 2 | No independent ratings for this listing |
| Total | 2.9 / 10 |
What owners say
We found no Trustpilot profile for the gadgetxaura.com store and no retailer reviews for JawMaster by that name. Owners of similar silicone jaw exercisers on large retail sites report sore jaws and cheeks at first, and some complain of jaw clicking, headaches, tooth sensitivity and pads that wear through.
What we did, and did not, do
Nobody on our team has used JawMaster. We read the offer page our link opens and its page code on 6 October 2026, along with reporting on the British Dental Journal letter, the National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research leaflet on TMD and the pages that rank for JawMaster. The refund and returns terms are as we recorded them from the site's terms page on 4 October 2026.
How to use JawMaster more safely, if you use it at all
Only use it if your jaw and teeth are healthy, start with the softest strength, keep sessions to a minute or two, and stop at the first click, ache or headache. Never use it to rehabilitate an injury without a clinician's approval, and do not carry it around to use throughout the day.
- Check with your dentist first. Especially with dental work.
- Start with the softest strength. Never the hardest first.
- Bite with the back teeth if possible. Not just the front.
- Keep sessions short. A minute or two.
- Rest days between sessions. Do not use it daily at first.
- Stop at any symptom. Clicking, pain, headaches, sensitivity.
- Wash it after use. Warm soapy water, then dry.
Signs to stop and see a dentist
Jaw clicking or popping, pain in front of the ear, difficulty opening wide, a jaw that locks, new headaches or tooth sensitivity.
Hygiene
Keep it clean and dry, do not share it, and replace it if the pads crack.

What else do people ask about jaw exercisers?
Most questions are about double chins, face fat and mewing. Jaw exercisers do not burn face fat, a double chin usually reflects body fat, genetics or posture, and mewing claims lack evidence too. Browse our health gadget reviews for other options.
Will it get rid of a double chin?
There is no evidence that chewing exercise reduces chin fat. Spot reduction does not work.
Do face exercises work?
Evidence for facial exercise changing appearance is limited and mixed.
Is chewing gum a good alternative?
Gum works the same muscles, and the US dental research institute advises people with jaw problems to avoid it.
Can teenagers use it?
Their jaws and teeth are still developing. We would not recommend it.
Frequently asked questions
Does JawMaster work?
It makes your chewing muscles work against resistance, and muscles can grow with use. But there is no good evidence that jaw exercisers sculpt the jawline, and a larger masseter muscle tends to widen the lower face. Dental researchers have warned about strain on the jaw joint.
Is JawMaster safe?
Not for everyone. A letter in the British Dental Journal warned that a similar jaw exerciser could place heavy stress on the jaw joint and disc, potentially triggering problems from clicking to dislocation. People with jaw pain, clicking or dental work should avoid it.
Can JawMaster help recover from a jaw injury?
The page says it is used for recovering jaw damages. Jaw injuries and disorders need assessment by a dentist or doctor. The US National Institute of Dental and Craniofacial Research advises people with jaw joint problems to avoid gum chewing and extreme jaw movements.
How much does JawMaster cost?
On 6 October 2026, the offer page listed one JawMaster for $59, two for $89, three (two plus one free) for $109, four for $129 and five (three plus two free) for $149, with the five-pack flagged as the best seller. A neck cord cost $7, a three strengths pack $14 and a 3-year warranty $9.
Will JawMaster give me a sharper jawline?
Unlikely. Jaw definition depends mostly on bone structure, body fat and age. Building the masseter, the main chewing muscle, makes the angle of the jaw bulkier rather than sharper.
How long should I use it?
The page gives no routine. If you try it despite the warnings, keep sessions very short, use the softest strength, and stop at the first sign of jaw pain, clicking or headaches.
Is JawMaster legit?
It is a real product sold by G Com Pte Ltd, which lists a Singapore address, email and phone number. The concerns are unsupported results claims, a jaw recovery claim, dental safety warnings, add-ons pictured as standard and return postage at your cost.
