Both of these are cotton sheets with silver in them, and both are sold through offer pages with big crossed-out prices. That is where the similarity ends. Miracle Made sheets use a silver treatment to limit the bacteria that make sweaty sheets smell, so they stay fresh longer between washes. Heal Naturally Grounding Sheets weave a grid of silver thread into a fitted sheet and plug it into the ground port of your wall outlet, on the theory that connecting your body to the Earth's charge calms inflammation, lowers cortisol and improves sleep.

One is a bedding product with a modest, believable promise. The other is a wellness product with a large promise and little evidence. The scorecard above sums up the rounds. Below is how each one was decided, based on our full reviews, the brands' pages and FAQs, owner reports and published research. Nobody on our team has slept on either.

What does the silver actually do in each one?

In Miracle Made sheets, silver does what it has done in socks, sportswear and hospital linens for decades: it inhibits the bacteria on the fabric that turn sweat into a sour smell. That is a real effect. The brand's "99.7 percent" and "3x longer" figures have no published test method behind them, and its own FAQ says the sheets do not protect you against bacteria or disease. Treat it as odour control. You still need to wash every ten days to two weeks, because skin cells, oils and dust build up at the normal rate.

In Heal Naturally's sheet, the silver is a conductor. When you lie on it, your body is electrically connected to ground, and the brand's multimeter demonstration shows a small body voltage dropping to near zero. That much is measurable. The leap is from there to health. Claims about neutralising free radicals, calming inflammation and lowering cortisol come from grounding advocates' theory and a handful of small, mostly industry-linked studies. The page's "10,000 user study", with "100% improved physical function", is not published anywhere we could find.

What does each one cost?

Miracle Made gives you far more for the money, as long as you buy on sale.

What you buyPriceNote
Miracle Made set, promotional page$119Fitted, flat and two pillowcases; list $214
Miracle Made Luxe, brand storefrom $109Same 300-thread-count sateen
Miracle Made Extra Luxe, brand storefrom $159Adds a cooling finish and grip corners
Heal Naturally, 1 fitted sheet$99.95Free US shipping
Heal Naturally, 2 sheets$199.90No multi-buy saving

At $214, Miracle Made's list price is high for 300-thread-count cotton; it only competes on sale. Heal Naturally's $99.95 buys a single fitted sheet, so you still need a flat sheet and pillowcases. Its page also describes the fabric as "100% certified organic cotton" with 5% silver, which adds up to 105%, while the matching pillowcase is listed as 90% cotton and 10% silver.

Which one is safer and easier to live with?

Miracle Made is just a sheet set. The fitted sheet takes mattresses up to 17 inches deep, the care label says warm wash and low tumble dry, and the fabric is OEKO-TEX certified according to the brand. Both current lines are sateen, which sleeps warmer than percale, so very hot sleepers may not love it.

Heal Naturally's sheet is machine washable too, but avoid fabric softener and bleach, which can coat or damage silver threads. It only works with a correctly grounded three-prong outlet, which many older homes lack; two-prong outlets, or three-prong outlets added without a ground wire, do nothing. A well-made grounding sheet uses only the ground port, not live current. The risks come from faulty wiring, poor adapters and cords without a current-limiting resistor, and the page does not say whether its cord has one. Check your outlet with an inexpensive plug-in tester first.

What happens if you do not like them?

Miracle Made's terms are clear and generous. Its FAQ offers a 100-night trial that accepts used sheets, with free returns on US orders. Shipping costs are not refunded, international returns are not accepted, and refunds take up to ten business days plus a few days to appear. The warranty covers defects for two years.

Heal Naturally's terms are not clear. The offer page promises a lifetime money-back guarantee and a lifetime warranty, but its own checkout code and several press articles refer to a 30-day money-back guarantee. Ask support to confirm the return window in writing before you order. The lifetime replacement warranty is the one point where it beats Miracle Made, if it is honoured.

Whose claims hold up better?

Miracle Made, clearly. Its core claim is modest and consistent with decades of silver-treated textiles; the problem is the unpublished numbers around it. Owner feedback on Trustpilot is sharply split, 53 percent five-star and 32 percent one-star, with complaints mostly about fit and fraying, but at least it exists in volume. The brand is operated by Pattern Brands LLC, with published contact details and a returns process.

Heal Naturally's health claims run far ahead of the evidence, its headline study is unpublished, and we found no Trustpilot profile for the brand. Many people like the idea of grounding and find it relaxing, and that is a fair reason to try it. Just do not buy it expecting a treatment for pain, inflammation or anxiety; talk to a doctor about those.

Which one should you buy?

Buy Miracle Made sheets if night sweat or odour is why you change your bed so often. Buy the Luxe line at the sale price, check your mattress depth and keep your order email for the trial. If silver pillowcases are all you want, see our Miracle Made pillowcases review, and for silk instead, our Blissy review.

Buy Heal Naturally only if you are curious about grounding, have a properly grounded outlet by the bed and accept that the evidence is thin. For better sleep backed by stronger evidence, start with your pillow; the Sleepgram is the top pick in our best sleep products guide, and the sleep section lists everything else we have reviewed.

Our verdict

Miracle Made sheets are the better buy by a wide margin, scoring 6.8 against 4.1. They make a modest promise that silver-treated fabric can keep, come as a full set for about the price of one grounding sheet, and offer a 100-night trial that accepts used sheets. Heal Naturally's sheet is comfortable organic cotton sold with health claims that small, industry-linked studies cannot support and guarantee wording that contradicts itself. Its only win is a lifetime warranty. Read the full Miracle Made sheets review or grounding sheets review for every drawback before you choose.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Miracle Sheets and grounding sheets?

Both contain silver, for different reasons. Miracle Made treats cotton with silver to limit the bacteria that make sweaty sheets smell. Heal Naturally weaves silver thread into a fitted sheet and connects it by cord to your outlet's ground port, so your body is electrically grounded while you sleep. Only the first claim has a long track record.

Do grounding sheets work better than Miracle Sheets for sleep?

There is no good evidence that they do. A handful of small grounding studies, many linked to companies that sell grounding products, report better sleep and lower stress markers, and sleep specialists quoted by NBC News say the science is not there yet. Miracle Sheets do not claim to improve sleep, only to stay fresher.

Are grounding sheets safe?

A well-made grounding sheet connects only to the outlet's ground, not to live current. The risks come from faulty outlets, poor adapters and cords without a current-limiting resistor, and Heal Naturally's page does not say whether its cord has one. Test the outlet with a plug-in tester and ask an electrician if unsure.

Can I return Miracle Sheets or grounding sheets after sleeping on them?

Miracle Made's FAQ accepts used sheets within a 100-night trial, with free US returns, though shipping costs are not refunded. Heal Naturally's page promises a lifetime money-back guarantee, but its checkout code and press coverage point to 30 days, so get the return window confirmed in writing before you buy.

Which sheets are better for night sweats?

Miracle Made, for the smell rather than the sweat. Its silver treatment limits odour-causing bacteria, so sheets stay fresher between washes. It is sateen, which sleeps warmer than percale, so very hot sleepers may still prefer a percale weave. Grounding sheets make no specific claim about sweat or odour.
