Our verdict
No, and especially not if you have diabetes. HealthWatch Pro is a square budget smartwatch that tracks steps, heart rate and sleep, but its headline is "blood sugar monitoring". In February 2024 the FDA warned people not to use smartwatches or rings that claim to measure blood glucose, saying it has authorised none that do so on their own, and that wrong readings can lead to wrong insulin doses. The blood pressure claim faces a similar FDA warning. HealthWatch Pro scores 1.9 out of 10, held back by health claims that could cause harm.
The short version
- What it is: a square fitness smartwatch sold with blood sugar, blood pressure and oxygen claims.
- Price: $89 for one on 6 October 2026, with a five-pack for $267 flagged as the best seller.
- Best trait: basic activity and sleep tracking.
- Biggest drawback: a glucose claim the FDA warns is unsafe to rely on.
- Our score: 1.9 out of 10.
Pros & cons
The pros are ordinary smartwatch features. The cons are about health claims that matter far more.
What we like
- Square touchscreen smartwatch with steps, heart rate, sport modes and sleep tracking
- IP67 water resistance claimed, for splashes and rain
- Works with Android and iOS, according to the page
- The seller names a registered company with an address, email and phone number
What we don't
- Claims blood sugar monitoring; the FDA says no smartwatch is authorised to measure glucose on its own
- Claims blood pressure monitoring; the FDA has warned against unauthorised blood pressure wearables
- Wrong glucose readings could lead people with diabetes to take the wrong insulin dose
- Longer battery life is a $7 add-on
- Return postage to an overseas seller is yours to pay

How it works
Like other budget smartwatches, HealthWatch Pro uses optical sensors on the back that shine light into the skin and measure what reflects back. From that, it estimates heart rate and blood oxygen, and its software produces numbers it labels blood pressure and blood sugar. It pairs with a phone app for notifications, sport modes and sleep tracking.

Pair with your phone
Step 1: Charge the watch and pair it with the companion app the seller names.
Wear it snugly
Step 2: Optical sensors on the back estimate heart rate and other values from light reflected through the skin.
Treat readings as rough
Step 3: Use steps and heart rate as trends; never use its glucose or blood pressure numbers for medical decisions.
The page title calls it an "Advanced Health Monitoring Smartwatch", "Blood Sugar Monitoring Smartwatch" and offers heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen and calorie tracking. The six bullets promise blood sugar, heart rate, blood pressure and oxygen monitoring, sport modes, sleep analysis, a period tracker and temperature test, IP67 water resistance and Android and iOS compatibility.
What the page leaves out
Any FDA authorisation, accuracy data, sensor details, battery life for the standard version, app name and screen size.

Can HealthWatch Pro really measure blood sugar?
No smartwatch has been authorised to, and the FDA warns against trying. On 21 February 2024, the FDA told consumers not to use smartwatches or smart rings that claim to measure blood glucose, stating it has not authorised, cleared or approved any that measure or estimate glucose on their own. For people with diabetes, inaccurate readings can lead to taking the wrong dose of insulin.
The FDA's warning
The FDA's safety communication on glucose smartwatches warns that wrong dosing can quickly lead to dangerously low glucose, confusion, coma or death.
What to do: keep using the meter or continuous glucose monitor your clinician recommends.
Not a CGM
FDA-authorised continuous glucose monitors use a sensor inserted under the skin. Some can share data with a smartwatch, but the watch is only displaying it.
Are the blood pressure and oxygen readings any better?
Treat both as unreliable. The FDA has warned against using devices that claim to measure blood pressure without authorisation, because inaccurate readings can lead to wrong treatment decisions. For blood oxygen, the FDA explains that pulse oximeters have limitations and can be inaccurate depending on circulation, skin pigmentation, temperature and other factors.
Blood pressure
The FDA's communication on unauthorised blood pressure devices covers cuffless wearables. What to do: use a validated cuff monitor at home.
Blood oxygen
The FDA's pulse oximeter page explains the limitations of these readings.
"Body Temperature Test"
Wrist skin temperature is not body temperature. Use a thermometer if you feel unwell.

Is HealthWatch Pro better than HealthWatch, a glucose monitor or a blood pressure cuff?
No. For glucose, an FDA-authorised meter or continuous glucose monitor is the only safe choice. For blood pressure, a validated upper-arm cuff is the standard. For activity tracking, established fitness watches publish their sensors and accuracy. HealthWatch Pro offers none of that proof.
| Need | HealthWatch Pro | Better option |
|---|---|---|
| Blood sugar | Unauthorised claim | Authorised meter or CGM |
| Blood pressure | Unauthorised claim | Validated cuff monitor |
| Steps and heart rate | Basic | Established fitness watch |
HealthWatch Pro vs HealthWatch
Our HealthWatch review covers a round watch from the same checkout with blood pressure and oxygen claims; HealthWatch Pro adds the more dangerous glucose claim.

Where a rival wins
On every health measurement listed. That is the point of this comparison.

Is HealthWatch Pro legit, and what should you check before buying?
HealthWatch Pro is a real watch from a named seller, and it should arrive if you order. The issue is not delivery but its health claims. If you buy it as a basic tracker, ask for the app name, switch from the five-pack and note the card statement name.
Ask for authorisation
What to do: email support@g63com.com and ask for FDA authorisation numbers for the glucose and blood pressure features. Keep the reply; we expect none.
Check the selected bundle
The five-pack for $267 is flagged as the best seller in the page code. What to do: change the order to one watch.
Card statement name and memberships
The charge appears as perfectchoicebase.com. Pages on this checkout have also carried text for a "Gadget Discount Club" membership that is free for 30 days and then billed. What to do: read every checkbox and post-payment page.
Refunds and returns
The page code offers a 30-day guarantee for a full refund or replacement, less shipping and handling. The terms we recorded on 4 October 2026 focus on defective goods, which can be returned within two years once you have a returns number, with return postage at your cost.

- Change the five-pack to one watch.
- Add Battery Plus if you want longer charges; skip the car charger.
- Note the card statement name, perfectchoicebase.com.
How did we score HealthWatch Pro?
HealthWatch Pro scores 1.9 out of 10: claim accuracy 0.0, build durability 0.6, price competitiveness 0.4, usability 0.6 and owner satisfaction 0.3, each out of 2. It can count steps and estimate heart rate. The score falls on a blood sugar claim the FDA warns could lead to dangerous insulin errors, an unauthorised blood pressure claim and no accuracy data.
How the score breaks down
We use the five criteria on our how we test page, each out of 2.
| Criterion | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Claim accuracy | 0.0 / 2 | Glucose and blood pressure claims |
| Build durability | 0.6 / 2 | IP67 claimed; no specs |
| Price competitiveness | 0.4 / 2 | Budget trackers cost similar or less |
| Usability | 0.6 / 2 | Basic features; risky health screens |
| Owner satisfaction | 0.3 / 2 | No independent ratings for this listing |
| Total | 1.9 / 10 |
What owners say
We found no Trustpilot profile for the gadgetxaura.com store and no retailer reviews for HealthWatch Pro by that name. Buyers of similar "blood sugar" watches elsewhere often report readings that do not match their meters, and the FDA warning exists because of exactly that risk.
What we did, and did not, do
Nobody on our team has worn HealthWatch Pro. We read the offer page our link opens and its page code on 6 October 2026, along with FDA safety communications on glucose and blood pressure wearables, the FDA's pulse oximeter page and the pages that rank for HealthWatch Pro. The refund and returns terms are as we recorded them from the site's terms page on 4 October 2026.
How to use HealthWatch Pro safely, if you buy it
Use it only for steps, general activity and notifications, and ignore the glucose and blood pressure screens. If you have diabetes or high blood pressure, keep using the devices and plan your clinician gave you, and never change medication based on a smartwatch number.
- Ignore glucose readings. Use your meter or CGM.
- Ignore blood pressure readings. Use a validated cuff.
- Track trends only. Steps and heart rate over weeks.
- Snug fit. Above the wrist bone.
- Check app permissions. Allow only what you need.
- Keep it dry beyond splashes. IP67 is not for swimming laps.
- See a doctor for symptoms. Not a watch.
Hiding the health screens
Many watch apps let you remove widgets; hide the glucose screen if you can.
Families
Make sure anyone with diabetes in your home knows not to use it.

What else do people ask about health smartwatches?
Most questions are about which watches are approved, CGM pairing and accuracy. Some watches have FDA-cleared ECG or irregular rhythm features, CGMs can display on some watches, and accuracy varies widely. Browse our wearable reviews for more.
Are any smartwatch health features FDA cleared?
Some branded watches have cleared ECG or rhythm features; none is authorised to measure glucose on its own.
Can a watch show my CGM readings?
Some authorised CGMs send data to watches; the sensor does the measuring.
Are step counts accurate?
Roughly, for trends.
Can I swim with it?
IP67 covers brief immersion, not swimming laps.
Frequently asked questions
How much does HealthWatch Pro cost?
On 6 October 2026, the offer page listed one HealthWatch Pro for $89, two for $139, three (two plus one free) for $177, four for $219 and five (three plus two free) for $267, with the five-pack flagged as the best seller. A sport strap cost $9, Battery Plus $7 and a 3-year warranty $7.
Can HealthWatch Pro measure blood sugar?
Not reliably. In February 2024 the FDA warned against using smartwatches or rings that claim to measure blood glucose, saying it has not authorised any that measure or estimate glucose on their own. Inaccurate readings can lead to wrong insulin doses.
Can it measure blood pressure?
The page claims it can, but shows no FDA authorisation. The FDA has warned against using unauthorised devices that claim to measure blood pressure without a cuff, because inaccurate readings can lead to wrong treatment decisions.
Is the blood oxygen reading accurate?
Treat it as a rough estimate. The FDA says pulse oximeters have limitations and can be inaccurate depending on circulation, skin pigmentation, temperature and other factors. Watch-based readings are not medical-grade.
What can it track well?
Steps, general activity and heart rate trends are typical of budget smartwatches, though accuracy varies and drops during hard exercise. Sleep tracking is an estimate.
Is HealthWatch Pro the same as HealthWatch?
They are different listings from the same checkout. Our HealthWatch review covers a round watch with blood pressure and oxygen claims; HealthWatch Pro is square and adds a blood sugar claim.
Is HealthWatch Pro legit?
It is a real product sold by G Com Pte Ltd, which lists a Singapore address, email and phone number. The concerns are blood sugar and blood pressure claims the FDA has warned about, no stated accuracy and return postage at your cost.
