Our verdict

A cheap way to try a smart ring, if you can live with unknowns. SmartRingX is a black ring with optical sensors inside that estimate heart rate, blood oxygen, temperature and sleep, plus gesture and camera controls, and it lists 5 ATM water resistance. At $99 it costs half the price of budget brand rings. But the page names no app, gives no sizes, battery life or accuracy, and sells quicker wireless charging as a $7 upgrade. SmartRingX scores 3.4 out of 10, held back by missing details.

The short version

  • What it is: a budget smart ring for heart rate, oxygen, temperature and sleep tracking.
  • Price: $99 for one on 6 October 2026, with a five-pack for $285 flagged as the best seller.
  • Best trait: watch-free tracking at a low price, with no subscription mentioned.
  • Biggest drawback: no named app, sizes or battery life.
  • Our score: 3.4 out of 10.

Pros & cons

The pros reflect what a smart ring can offer. The cons reflect how little the page tells you.

What we like

  • Ring form tracks sleep and heart rate without a watch on your wrist
  • 5 ATM water resistance stated
  • Gesture control and remote photo taking, according to the page
  • No subscription mentioned
  • The seller names a registered company with an address, email and phone number

What we don't

  • The app is not named, so you cannot check its ratings or privacy policy
  • No battery life, sizes, accuracy or sensor details
  • Quick wireless charging is a $7 add-on, and the stainless steel body $14
  • The RingConn Gen 2 Air, a reviewed brand ring, costs $199 with stated battery life and no subscription
  • Return postage to an overseas seller is yours to pay

How it works

Smart rings use the same kind of optical sensors as fitness watches: green and red lights shine into the skin of your finger, and a sensor reads the reflected light to estimate heart rate and blood oxygen. A temperature sensor tracks skin temperature trends and an accelerometer tracks movement and sleep. The ring syncs to a phone app over Bluetooth.

  1. Get the right size

Step 1: Ring trackers need a snug fit; ask the seller for a sizing guide or kit before ordering.

  2. Pair it

Step 2: Charge the ring and pair it with the companion app over Bluetooth 5.2.

  3. Wear it day and night

Step 3: Optical sensors on the inside estimate heart rate, oxygen and sleep, syncing to your phone.

The page title lists a "Smart ring for health tracking", "waterproof activity tracker ring", "sleep monitoring smart ring", "oxygen saturation ring", "gesture control wearable" and "Bluetooth 5.2 smart ring". The six bullets cover heart rate, temperature, oxygen and sleep tracking, steps and calories, remote photo and gesture control, a compact design, 5 ATM water resistance and stress and HRV tracking.

How accurate is SmartRingX, and is its data useful?

Useful for trends, not for diagnosis, and accuracy is unstated. Finger sensors can give good heart rate data at rest, but readings vary with fit, movement and temperature. The FDA explains that pulse oximeters have limitations and a risk of inaccuracy depending on circulation, skin pigmentation, temperature and other factors. SmartRingX gives no accuracy data or validation.

Oxygen readings

The FDA's pulse oximeter page explains why readings can be off.

What this means for you: watch trends over weeks, and see a doctor for symptoms.

"Personalized Health Insights"

Stress and HRV scores depend on the app's algorithms, which are not described.

Gesture and camera controls

Fun extras; the page gives no detail on which apps they work with.

Is SmartRingX better than the RingConn Gen 2 Air or a smartwatch?

Cheaper, not better documented. Tech Advisor lists the RingConn Gen 2 Air at $199 with up to 10 days of battery, IP68 and 10 ATM water resistance and a subscription-free app, and found its data reliable enough to wear. SmartRingX costs half as much but names no app, battery life or sizes.

Is SmartRingX legit, and what should you check before buying?

SmartRingX is a real ring from a named seller, and it should arrive if you order. Before buying, get the size guide and app name, ask about battery and charging, switch from the five-pack and note the card statement name.

Get size and app details

What to do: email support@g63com.com for the size guide, app name, battery life and standard charging method. Keep the reply.

Check the selected bundle

The five-pack for $285 is flagged as the best seller in the page code. What to do: change the order to one ring.

Card statement name and memberships

The charge appears as perfectchoicebase.com. Pages on this checkout have also carried text for a "Gadget Discount Club" membership that is free for 30 days and then billed. What to do: read every checkbox and post-payment page.

Refunds and returns

The page code offers a 30-day guarantee for a full refund or replacement, less shipping and handling. The terms we recorded on 4 October 2026 focus on defective goods, which can be returned within two years once you have a returns number, with return postage at your cost. A wrong size may not count as defective.

How to buy SmartRingX the smart way

  1. Get the size guide and app name.
  2. Open the SmartRingX order page (opens G Com Pte Ltd in a new tab) and select your country.
  3. Change the five-pack to one ring.
  4. Add wireless charging if the standard method is awkward; skip the car charger.
  5. Note the card statement name, perfectchoicebase.com.

How did we score SmartRingX?

SmartRingX scores 3.4 out of 10: claim accuracy 0.5, build durability 0.7, price competitiveness 0.8, usability 0.9 and owner satisfaction 0.5, each out of 2. It offers watch-free tracking at a low price. The score falls on an unnamed app, no sizes, battery life or accuracy, and upgrades sold separately.

What owners say

We found no Trustpilot profile for the gadgetxaura.com store and no retailer reviews for SmartRingX by that name. Owners of budget smart rings like the comfort for sleep tracking, and complain about apps with poor translations, uncertain accuracy and rings that do not fit.

What we did, and did not, do

Nobody on our team has worn SmartRingX. We read the offer page our link opens and its page code on 6 October 2026, along with Tech Advisor's RingConn review, the FDA's pulse oximeter page and the pages that rank for SmartRingX. The refund and returns terms are as we recorded them from the site's terms page on 4 October 2026.

How to use SmartRingX for better data

Wear it snugly on your index or middle finger, keep it on at night, and judge trends over weeks rather than single readings. Check the app's permissions and privacy policy, charge it regularly, and see a doctor about any symptoms rather than relying on the ring.

  1. Snug fit. Loose rings give poor readings.
  2. Index or middle finger. Usually best for sensors.
  3. Wear it overnight. For sleep data.
  4. Trends, not single numbers. Weeks of data.
  5. Check app permissions. Allow only what features need.
  6. Charge regularly. Battery life is unstated.
  7. See a doctor for symptoms. Not a ring.

Workouts

Remove it for weights; rings can scratch or pinch.

Water

A 5 ATM rating generally covers showers and swimming, not diving; avoid hot tubs and saunas.
