Quick answer

The main catch first: the printer in PrintX Pro's photos carries a PeriPage logo and looks like the PeriPage A6, a pocket thermal printer that has sold for much less than $99. As a gadget it is fun: it prints notes, lists, labels and grainy black-and-white photos from your phone with no ink.

Our verdict

The main catch first: the printer in PrintX Pro's photos carries a PeriPage logo and looks like the PeriPage A6, a pocket thermal printer that has sold for much less than $99. As a gadget it is fun: it prints notes, lists, labels and grainy black-and-white photos from your phone with no ink. But the checkout sells "the original" battery as an add-on, prints fade, and the page never mentions the paper's cost or chemistry. PrintX Pro scores 3.4 out of 10, held back by price and the battery upsell.

The short version

  • What it is: a Bluetooth pocket thermal printer for 58 mm paper and stickers.
  • Price: $99 for one on 6 October 2026, with a five-pack for $297 flagged as the best seller.
  • Best trait: ink-free, quiet printing of notes and stickers from your phone.
  • Biggest drawback: a high price for an apparent PeriPage A6, with the battery sold separately.
  • Our score: 3.4 out of 10.

Pros & cons

Pocket thermal printers are popular with students and journal keepers, and they genuinely work for small text and stickers. The pros reflect that. The cons are about price, the battery add-on and what thermal printing cannot do.

What we like

  • No ink or toner: thermal paper darkens with heat
  • Small and wireless, with phone apps for iOS and Android
  • Prints notes, lists, labels, QR codes and sticker paper up to 58 mm wide
  • Quiet and quick for short printouts, per reviews of the PeriPage A6
  • The seller names a registered company with an address, email and phone number

What we don't

  • The product photos show a PeriPage logo; the PeriPage A6 has sold for far less elsewhere
  • The checkout sells 'the original 1,000 mAh battery' as a $7 add-on, while PeriPage A6 specs list a built-in battery
  • Black-and-white thermal prints are grainy for photos and fade over time
  • 'Never ending, no ink consumption' ignores the cost of thermal paper rolls
  • Many thermal papers use BPA or BPS developers; the page says nothing about the paper
  • Return postage to an overseas seller is yours to pay

How it works

PrintX Pro is a palm-sized white box with bear-ear corners, a lid for the paper roll and a slot where the print emerges. Instead of ink, a row of tiny heating elements in the print head darkens heat-sensitive thermal paper as it passes. Your phone sends the image over Bluetooth through an app; a USB connection works with Windows. Rolls come in plain paper and sticker versions about 57 to 58 mm wide.

The printer, app and supported systems. Image: PrintX
  1. Load a paper roll

Step 1: Open the lid, drop in a roll of 57 to 58 mm thermal paper or sticker paper with the coated side facing the print head, and close it.

  2. Connect your phone

Step 2: Install the app, switch on the printer and connect over Bluetooth. Windows users can connect by USB.

  3. Print

Step 3: Choose a photo, note, list or label in the app and print. The heated print head darkens the paper to form the image.

The page title calls it a "portable Bluetooth thermal printer", a "smartphone printer", a "thermal label printer", a "memories printer" and a "student printer". The six bullets promise to "bring your digital memories to life", print on stickers and common labels, "thermal technology never ending no ink consumption", a "completely wireless fast connection", printing "on large 58mm width labels", and compatibility with iOS, Android and Windows.

The device in the main photo and in both add-on images is marked "PeriPage", with "pocket thermal printer" on the front. A yktoo.com review of the PeriPage A6 describes the same design: a 1,000 mAh battery, 203 dpi, 57 mm paper and Bluetooth or USB connection.

Image quality

At 203 dots per inch in black only, text and simple graphics look crisp, but photos are dithered into dots. Reviewers of the PeriPage A6 called photo quality below par.

Who it's for

PrintX Pro suits students who print notes and study cards, crafters and journal keepers who like small black-and-white stickers, and anyone who wants quick labels from a phone. It does not suit anyone after colour photos or long-lasting prints. Our ThePhotoStick review covers a photo backup stick if keeping memories safe is the goal.

  • Students who print notes, to-do lists and study cards
  • Crafters and journal keepers who like small black-and-white stickers
  • Anyone who wants quick labels or receipts from a phone

Students

Short notes, formulas and to-do lists print quickly and stick into notebooks.

Journal keepers and crafters

Sticker rolls let you add small images and text to planners.

Home organisers

Quick labels for jars, boxes and cables, as long as 58 mm wide suits the job.

Who should skip it

Skip PrintX Pro if you want colour photos, prints that last for years, standard address labels or documents, or if you can buy a PeriPage A6 or similar for less.

  • Anyone who wants colour photos or prints that last for years
  • People who need standard-size labels or documents
  • Buyers who can get a PeriPage A6 or similar printer for much less

How good are PrintX Pro's prints, and how long do they last?

Fine for text, stickers and simple graphics, grainy for photos, and not permanent. Thermal prints fade with heat, light, humidity and contact with skin oils, and photos come out as black-and-white dot patterns. The page's "bring your digital memories to life" suggests keepsake photos, which thermal paper is poorly suited to.

Fading

Thermal images are a chemical reaction in the paper's coating. Over months, especially in sunlight, warm places or plastic sleeves, prints can fade. Some rolls are sold as long-life, which helps.

What this means for you: for keepsakes, scan or photograph the print, or use a photo printer.

"Never ending, no ink consumption"

No ink is true. But thermal paper rolls are a running cost, and sticker rolls cost more than plain ones.

What is in the paper

Many thermal papers use bisphenol A (BPA) or bisphenol S (BPS) as the developer. The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency's page on BPA and BPS in thermal paper explains the concern, and the EU has restricted BPA in thermal paper since 2020.

What to do: buy rolls labelled BPA- and BPS-free, especially if children handle the prints.

Windows support

The page lists Windows. Reviewers of the PeriPage A6 noted that the Windows driver works only over USB.

How much does PrintX Pro cost, and what do the add-ons add?

On 6 October 2026, one PrintX Pro cost $99, with the five-pack at $297 flagged as the best seller. The checkout offered "the original 1,000 mAh battery" for $7, a "high endurance thermal head" for $12, a fast USB car charger for $4 and a 3-year warranty for $9. Pocket thermal printers of this design have sold elsewhere for far less, including a deal of about $25 reported by AOL.

The battery add-on

For $7, "the original 1,000 mAh battery which can print up to three rolls with one single charge". The image shows the printer connected to a phone and a laptop, not a battery. PeriPage A6 specs list a built-in 1,000 mAh battery, so it is unclear what the base order lacks. Ask before paying.

High endurance thermal head

For $12, a thermal head with a life span of "50km of printed paper". The image shows the same printer printing text. Light users will never wear out a standard head.

Car charger and warranty

A $4 USB car charger is optional; any USB charger works. The 3-year warranty costs $9, reasonable on a battery-powered gadget.

Who sells it

The order page names G Com Pte Ltd at 137 Market Street in Singapore, with the email support@g63com.com and a phone number. The footer gives the country as Hong Kong. The page code says charges appear on your card statement as panameedia.

Is PrintX Pro better than buying a PeriPage A6 or a photo printer?

No. If it is a PeriPage A6, buying that printer directly from a large retailer usually costs much less, with paper easy to find. For real photos, a Zink or dye-sublimation photo printer gives colour prints that last. For labels, a dedicated label maker uses standard label sizes.

PrintX Pro vs PeriPage A6

Same look, same specs, often a fraction of the price. That is the clearest case where a rival wins.

PrintX Pro vs a Zink photo printer

Zink printers produce small colour photos with sticky backs. Paper costs more per print, but results suit keepsakes.

Is PrintX Pro legit, and what should you check before buying?

PrintX Pro is a real product from a named seller, and a printer should arrive if you order. Before buying, ask whether it is a PeriPage A6 and whether the battery is built in, compare prices, switch from the five-pack and note the card statement name.

Ask about the model and battery

What to do: email support@g63com.com and ask whether the printer is a PeriPage A6, whether it works without the $7 battery add-on, and which app it uses. Keep the reply.

Compare prices

What to do: search a large retailer for "PeriPage A6" and compare.

Check the selected bundle

The five-pack for $297 is flagged as the best seller in the page code. What to do: change the order to one printer.

Card statement name and memberships

The charge appears as panameedia. Pages on this checkout have also carried text for a "Gadget Discount Club" membership that is free for 30 days and then billed. What to do: read every checkbox and post-payment page.

Refunds and returns

The page code offers a 30-day guarantee for a full refund or replacement, less shipping and handling. The terms we recorded on 4 October 2026 focus on defective goods, which can be returned within two years once you have a returns number, with return postage at your cost.

How to buy PrintX Pro the smart way

  1. Ask support about the model and battery.
  2. Open the PrintX Pro order page (opens G Com Pte Ltd in a new tab) and select your country.
  3. Change the five-pack to one printer.
  4. Skip the thermal head and car charger; add the battery only if support says it is needed.
  5. Note the card statement name, panameedia.

How did we score PrintX Pro?

PrintX Pro scores 3.4 out of 10: claim accuracy 0.6, build durability 0.9, price competitiveness 0.3, usability 1.2 and owner satisfaction 0.4, each out of 2. The printer does what pocket thermal printers do, and it is easy to use. The score falls on a $99 price for what looks like a PeriPage A6, a battery sold as an add-on, "memories" and "never ending" claims that ignore fading and paper costs, and silence on paper chemistry.

How the score breaks down

We use the five criteria on our how we test page, each out of 2.

What owners say

We found no Trustpilot profile for the gadgetxaura.com store and no retailer reviews for PrintX Pro by that name. Owners of PeriPage-style pocket printers on large retail sites tend to like the size and sticker printing, and complain about grainy photos, prints that fade, apps that ask for many permissions and paper jams with cheap rolls.

What we did, and did not, do

Nobody on our team has used PrintX Pro. We read the offer page our link opens and its page code on 6 October 2026, along with a PeriPage A6 review, guidance on BPA and BPS in thermal paper and the pages that rank for PrintX Pro. The refund and returns terms are as we recorded them from the site's terms page on 4 October 2026.

How to use PrintX Pro for clearer prints

Charge it fully, load good-quality thermal paper with the coated side facing the print head, and use high-contrast images with the app's brightness and darkness settings adjusted. Text, line art and QR codes print best. Keep prints out of sunlight and heat so they last longer, and buy BPA- and BPS-free rolls.

  1. Charge it before first use. Check the battery question first.
  2. Load paper the right way. Coated side to the head.
  3. Use high-contrast images. Dark subjects on light backgrounds.
  4. Adjust darkness in the app. Darker settings use more battery.
  5. Print text at larger sizes. Small fonts blur.
  6. Store prints away from heat and light. They fade.
  7. Choose BPA- and BPS-free rolls. Especially for children.

Paper jams

Use rolls of the right width and diameter, and do not pull the paper while printing.

App permissions

Pocket printer apps often request storage, camera and location access. Allow only what printing needs.

Does it print receipts?

Yes, it uses receipt-style paper, though it is not a point-of-sale printer.

Do I need an account for the app?

Can kids use it?

Many children enjoy them. Use BPA- and BPS-free paper and supervise small parts.

Frequently asked questions

Is PrintX Pro a PeriPage A6?

The printer in the offer page photos is marked PeriPage and matches the PeriPage A6 pocket thermal printer, which has sold online for well under $99. We cannot confirm what ships, so ask the seller whether it is a PeriPage A6.

How much does PrintX Pro cost?

On 6 October 2026, the offer page listed one PrintX Pro for $99, two for $159, three (two plus one free) for $197, four for $249 and five (three plus two free) for $297, with the five-pack flagged as the best seller. A battery cost $7, a thermal head $12 and a 3-year warranty $9.

Does PrintX Pro need ink?

No. It is a thermal printer, so the heated print head darkens special heat-sensitive paper. You do need to buy thermal paper or sticker rolls, which are an ongoing cost.

Can PrintX Pro print colour photos?

No. Thermal printing is black and white, and photos come out grainy. Prints also fade over time, especially in heat, light or contact with oils. For colour photos, a Zink or dye-sublimation photo printer is the better choice.

Is the battery included?

The checkout sells 'the original 1,000 mAh battery' as a $7 add-on that prints up to three rolls per charge. Specs for the PeriPage A6 list a built-in 1,000 mAh battery. Ask the seller whether the printer works without the add-on before ordering.

Is thermal paper safe?

Many thermal papers use BPA or BPS to develop the image. The EU has restricted BPA in thermal paper, and Minnesota's pollution agency advises limiting handling. Look for paper labelled BPA- and BPS-free if you print often.

Is PrintX Pro legit?

It is a real product sold by G Com Pte Ltd, which lists a Singapore address, email and phone number. The concerns are the price for an apparent PeriPage A6, a battery sold as an add-on, fading prints and return postage at your cost.

We may earn a commission if you buy through our links.
