Anti-snore wristband

Quick answer

Only as a cheap experiment for back sleepers who have ruled out sleep apnoea. SnoreStop Plus is a wristband that detects snoring and nudges you with a pulse so you shift position, and it puts nothing in your mouth or nose.

Our verdict

Only as a cheap experiment for back sleepers who have ruled out sleep apnoea. SnoreStop Plus is a wristband that detects snoring and nudges you with a pulse so you shift position, and it puts nothing in your mouth or nose. But "stop snoring from the first night" has no study behind it, the page does not explain how it detects snoring, and a pulse that stirs you can disturb sleep too. A mouthpiece with real evidence costs about the same. SnoreStop Plus scores 3.6 out of 10, held back by missing evidence.

The short version

  • What it is: a wrist device that senses snoring and sends a mild pulse to prompt you to move.
  • Price: $59 for one on 6 October 2026, with a five-pack for $149 flagged as the best seller.
  • Best trait: easy to wear, nothing in the mouth or nose.
  • Biggest drawback: no published test, and it may wake you as much as it quietens you.
  • Our score: 3.6 out of 10.

Pros & cons

Snore wristbands are attractive because they are so easy to wear. The cons come from what they rely on, a mild jolt that changes your position, and from a page that promises results with no data.

What we like

  • Nothing in your mouth or nose: it sits on the wrist like a watch
  • One button to start, and it switches off after 8 hours
  • Light and simple, with no app to set up
  • Cheaper than most other anti-snoring devices from this checkout
  • The seller names a registered company with an address, email and phone number

What we don't

  • 'Stop snoring from the first night' comes with no study or test
  • A pulse that wakes you slightly may disturb sleep as much as it quietens snoring
  • It cannot tell snoring from sleep apnoea, which needs a doctor
  • The page gives no detection method, pulse strength or battery details
  • Not related to the SnoreStop oral spray, despite the similar name
  • Return postage to an overseas seller is yours to pay

How it works

SnoreStop Plus straps onto your wrist like a watch. You press its single button at bedtime and it runs for up to 8 hours before switching itself off. Snore wristbands of this type use a microphone or sensor to detect snoring and respond with a pulse, either a vibration or a small electrical stimulus, at the wrist. The idea is that the pulse makes you stir and change position, often from your back to your side, without waking fully.

  1. Put it on your wrist at bedtime

Step 1: Strap the device on like a watch and press its single button to start. It switches itself off after 8 hours.

  2. It listens for snoring

Step 2: Devices of this type use a microphone or sensor to detect snoring sounds. The page does not explain how SnoreStop Plus detects it.

  3. A pulse nudges you

Step 3: When it detects snoring, it sends a mild pulse or vibration to the wrist. The idea is that you shift position without fully waking and the snoring eases.

The page title calls it a "snore stopping wearable device, stop snoring device". The six bullets promise to stop snoring from the first night, start when you put it on the wrist, start with a single button press, need no learning curve, be light and non-invasive, and power off automatically after 8 hours. It gives no detection method, pulse type or strength, battery type or charging details.

Same device, two names

The SnoreStop Plus page and the SnoreRem Plus page on the same checkout share the same product image file and the same six feature bullets. SnoreRem Plus adds three add-ons. They appear to be one device under two names.

Not the SnoreStop spray

The SnoreStop name is also used by an oral spray, which we covered in our SnoreStop review. The wristband has no stated connection to it.

Who it's for

SnoreStop Plus suits a back sleeper whose snoring eases on their side, who has no signs of sleep apnoea, sleeps deeply enough not to be woken by a small pulse, and cannot get on with mouthpieces or nasal aids. For everyone else, there are better-proven options.

  • Back sleepers whose snoring eases when they turn on their side, and who have no signs of sleep apnoea
  • People who cannot tolerate mouthpieces, nasal devices or chin straps
  • Couples who want to try a low-cost gadget before spending more

Back sleepers

Lying on your back lets the tongue and soft palate fall back and narrow the airway. The NHS suggests sleeping on your side. A wristband that nudges you when you snore is one way to remind your body; a pillow behind your back is another.

People who cannot tolerate mouthpieces

Dentures, jaw problems and gag reflexes rule out mouthpieces for some people. A wristband avoids all of that.

Couples

Partners often buy snoring gadgets. At $59, a wristband is a cheaper experiment than many alternatives. Earplugs for the listener remain the most reliable fix for the partner's sleep.

Who should skip it

Skip SnoreStop Plus if you have signs of sleep apnoea, sleep lightly, have an implanted device (if the pulse is electrical) or want the option with the best evidence.

  • Anyone with pauses in breathing, gasping or heavy daytime sleepiness
  • Light sleepers who wake at the slightest touch
  • People with a pacemaker or implanted device, if the pulse is electrical
  • Anyone who wants the snoring aid with the best evidence

Does SnoreStop Plus really stop snoring from the first night?

There is no published evidence that it does. Snore wristbands aim to prompt a change of position, which can help people who snore mainly on their back. The page offers no study, test or explanation for its first-night promise. Many people adapt to repeated pulses and stop responding, and for others the pulse wakes them, trading snoring for broken sleep.

How positional nudging works

Some snoring and sleep apnoea is positional: worse on the back, better on the side. Positional devices that vibrate when you roll onto your back have been studied in sleep clinics for positional sleep apnoea. A wristband that responds to sound rather than position is a different, less studied approach.

Detection

The page does not say whether it uses a microphone or a motion sensor. Microphone-based detection can be triggered by a partner's snoring or other noises in the room.

Getting used to it

People often stop reacting to repeated stimuli, a process called habituation. A pulse that rouses you in week one may not in week three. Judging it over a couple of weeks, with recordings, gives a fairer picture.

What the NHS suggests

The NHS snoring page lists self-help first: lose weight if overweight, sleep on your side, avoid smoking and too much alcohol, and do not use sleeping pills. It says to see a GP if you have daytime sleepiness, breathing that stops and starts, or gasping, which can be signs of sleep apnoea.

What this means for you: try the free steps first, and see a doctor if any red flag applies.

Sleep apnoea

Loud snoring with pauses in breathing and daytime exhaustion may be obstructive sleep apnoea. A wristband may quieten the snoring without fixing the breathing problem, hiding the main warning sign.

How much does SnoreStop Plus cost?

On 6 October 2026, one SnoreStop Plus cost $59, with the five-pack at $149 flagged as the best seller. The checkout showed no add-ons for SnoreStop Plus, only a 3-year warranty for $9. The same device sold as SnoreRem Plus offers a fabric strap, an infrared monitor and a car adapter as extras.

Prices are in US dollars as listed on 6 October 2026. One is enough to find out whether it helps. You can check today's packages on the SnoreStop Plus order page (opens G Com Pte Ltd in a new tab).

Warranty

The 3-year warranty costs $9. The seller's terms already cover defective goods for two years once you have a returns number. A wristband that works but does not stop your snoring is not defective.

Battery and charging

The page does not say whether it is rechargeable or how long it runs between charges, beyond the 8-hour shut-off. Ask before buying.

The "regular price"

The page carries a countdown timer. We found no evidence that SnoreStop Plus sells at a higher regular price. Round black snore wristbands of this design are sold under several names.

Who sells it

The order page names G Com Pte Ltd at 137 Market Street in Singapore, with the email support@g63com.com and a phone number. The footer gives the country as Hong Kong. The page code says charges appear on your card statement as Matrixfze, written in capitals.

Is SnoreStop Plus better than other snoring aids?

It is in the same class as the Sleep Connection wristband, and a fitted mouthpiece has better evidence for about the same price. SnoreRX, an FDA-cleared mouthpiece, cost $59.99 when we reviewed it. Simple steps like side sleeping and cutting evening alcohol cost nothing and may help as much as any gadget.

SnoreStop Plus vs Sleep Connection

Our Sleep Connection wristband review covers the best-known wristband of this type. It works the same way and scored 3.6, the same as SnoreStop Plus. Our Sleepzee, Sleep Connection and Hale comparison weighs wristbands against a mouthpiece and a breathing trainer.

SnoreStop Plus vs SnoreRX

Our SnoreRX review covers an FDA-cleared mouthpiece that holds the jaw forward all night. It is the clearest case where a rival wins on evidence at the same price.

SnoreStop Plus vs other gadgets from this checkout

Our Snore Strap review covers a chin strap and our SleepLab review a chin pulse device. Neither has strong evidence. Our guide to the best sleep products ranks better-scoring picks.

Is SnoreStop Plus legit, and what should you check before buying?

SnoreStop Plus is a real product from a named seller, and a wristband should arrive if you order. Before buying, rule out sleep apnoea, ask how it detects snoring and what kind of pulse it uses, switch from the five-pack and note the card statement name.

Rule out sleep apnoea

What to do: if you or a partner notice pauses in breathing, gasping or heavy daytime sleepiness, see a doctor first.

Ask how it works

What to do: email support@g63com.com and ask whether it uses a microphone or motion sensor, whether the pulse is vibration or electrical, and how it charges. If the pulse is electrical and you have an implant, ask your doctor.

Check the selected bundle

The five-pack for $149 is flagged as the best seller in the page code. What to do: change the order to one wristband.

Card statement name and memberships

The charge appears as Matrixfze. Pages on this checkout have also carried text for a "Gadget Discount Club" membership that is free for 30 days and then billed. What to do: read every checkbox and post-payment page.

Refunds and returns

The page code offers a 30-day guarantee for a full refund or replacement, less shipping and handling. The terms we recorded on 4 October 2026 focus on defective goods, which can be returned within two years once you have a returns number, with return postage at your cost.

How to buy SnoreStop Plus the smart way

  1. Rule out sleep apnoea and try side sleeping first.
  2. Ask support how it detects snoring and charges.
  3. Open the SnoreStop Plus order page (opens G Com Pte Ltd in a new tab) and select your country.
  4. Change the five-pack to one wristband.
  5. Note the card statement name, Matrixfze.
  6. Record a week of snoring before and after.

How did we score SnoreStop Plus?

SnoreStop Plus scores 3.6 out of 10: claim accuracy 0.4, build durability 0.9, price competitiveness 0.8, usability 1.0 and owner satisfaction 0.5, each out of 2. It is simple and cheap. The score falls on a first-night promise with no evidence, no explanation of how it works, a pulse that can disturb sleep, the same device sold under two names and no independent ratings.

What owners say

We found no Trustpilot profile for the gadgetxaura.com store and no retailer reviews for SnoreStop Plus by that name. Owners of similar snore wristbands on large retail sites report mixed results: some say snoring eases on some nights, others are woken by the pulse or find it triggers on a partner's snoring.

What we did, and did not, do

Nobody on our team has used SnoreStop Plus. We read the offer page our link opens and its page code on 6 October 2026, along with the NHS snoring page and the pages that rank for SnoreStop Plus. The refund and returns terms are as we recorded them from the site's terms page on 4 October 2026.

How to use SnoreStop Plus for the best results

Wear it snugly on the wrist at bedtime, try it for at least two weeks with a snore recording app, and combine it with side sleeping and no evening alcohol. If the pulse wakes you or your partner hears no difference, stop and try another approach. See a doctor if your partner notices pauses or gasping.

  1. Record a baseline. A week of snoring with a free app.
  2. Fit it snugly. It needs contact to deliver the pulse.
  3. Start it at bedtime. It switches off after 8 hours.
  4. Sleep on your side. Use a pillow behind your back.
  5. Skip evening alcohol. It relaxes throat muscles.
  6. Judge it over two weeks. Compare recordings.
  7. Stop if it disturbs sleep. Feeling worse is a bad trade.

If it reacts to your partner's snoring

Sleep on the side away from your partner, or use the device only when you sleep alone, to test whether it responds to you.

Skin care

Remove it in the morning and let the skin breathe. Clean the back with a damp cloth.

When to stop

If two weeks of recordings show no change, the device is not the answer. Try a mouthpiece or talk to a doctor or dentist.

What else do people ask about anti-snore wristbands?

Most questions are about whether they work, whether they wake you and whether they suit sleep apnoea. Evidence is lacking, they can wake light sleepers, and they are not a treatment for sleep apnoea. Side sleeping and lifestyle changes are the first steps. Browse our sleep product reviews for more options.

Do snore wristbands work?

There is no good published evidence for them. Some people report fewer snoring nights; others notice nothing.

Will it wake me up?

It is designed to stir you without waking you fully. Light sleepers often wake.

Can my partner wear it for me?

No. It needs to sense your snoring and nudge you.

Can I wear it with a smartwatch?

Wear one on each wrist, or take the smartwatch off at night.

Frequently asked questions

Does SnoreStop Plus really stop snoring?

There is no published test to show it does. Wristbands like this aim to make you shift position when you snore, which can help people who snore mainly on their back. The page's promise to stop snoring from the first night has nothing behind it. Results vary, and some people get used to the pulse.

Is SnoreStop Plus the same as SnoreStop spray?

No. The SnoreStop name is also used by an oral spray we reviewed separately. SnoreStop Plus is a wristband sold through the gadgetxaura.com checkout, with no stated link to the spray.

How much does SnoreStop Plus cost?

On 6 October 2026, the offer page listed one SnoreStop Plus for $59, two for $89, three (two plus one free) for $109, four for $129 and five (three plus two free) for $149, with the five-pack flagged as the best seller. A 3-year warranty costs $9.

Is a snoring wristband safe?

For most healthy adults, a mild wrist pulse is low risk. If the pulse is electrical rather than vibration, people with pacemakers or other implants should ask a doctor first. The bigger risk is ignoring snoring that signals sleep apnoea.

Does it work for sleep apnoea?

No. It is not sold or cleared for sleep apnoea. The NHS says to see a GP if you have daytime sleepiness, breathing that stops and starts, or gasping in your sleep, as these can be signs of sleep apnoea.

What works better for snoring?

The NHS suggests losing excess weight, sleeping on your side, cutting alcohol and stopping smoking. Mandibular advancement mouthpieces have the best evidence of devices sold to the public, and FDA-cleared versions cost about the same as this wristband.

Is SnoreStop Plus legit?

It is a real product sold by G Com Pte Ltd, which lists a Singapore address, email and phone number. The concerns are the first-night claim, no explanation of how it works, the five-pack flagged as best seller and return postage at your cost. The same device is also sold as SnoreRem Plus.
